Donna called us to let us know our cpap was read. She was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She showed us how to set up and clean our machine. We are so thankful for such a careing representative to help us.

The customer service representative that handles the C- pap supplies in the Albany Ga.office is very unprofessional and doesn't care about helping people of color at all.She never even attempted to reach out to me to let me know she had received my doctors orders and notes so that I could get the C- pap supplies that I needed.Come to find out when I made contact with my physician he had already sent M.R.S. Home Health Care everything they requested a couple of weeks ago so that I could get my C-Pap supplies and be in compliance please tell me why didn't she even attempt to reach out to me to let me know that she had the orders already?and why did she lie and say she never received any thing from my physician?I honestly felt like I was neglected because of my skin color.So I reached out to the office manager of this location and she was no help either she told me that they will need my s.d. card to show that I were in compliance and then she could see about getting me the supplies I needed and I told her if I don't have any supplies how can I be in compliance? and all she could say was she understands and she would call me back and when she calls me back and leaves me a voice message to only tell me that I am not in compliances and my insurance company would not pay for my supplies.So I try calling her back only to keep getting her voicemail.This place of business needs to be looked into.But in the meantime I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contracting the owner of this business as well as contracting my insurance carrier to let them know what has happened here and I will also be taking my business elsewhere.?

Even though approved by Medicare for portable oxygen this company does not care if they get your bussiness or not and customer service is the worst. This review is for my fiancee, not myself. We suggest that you go somewhere else for your oxygen needs. We have reported them to the better bussiness bureau.

Pam was my person here. My dad needed a trilogy machine and she communicated well with me to get the paperwork in order. The company needed more info from the doctors and they took care of all that. Now my dad has the machine he needs.

The ladies at M.R.S were friendly and respectful, Donna did My CPAP and supplies, she showed great concern and care for me and my needs, she was very thorough explaining everything to me and asked if I had any questions for her and let me know that if I had questions later I could always reach out to her. Thank you Donna for your kindness.

I can’t say one bad thing about this company but I can say plenty of good! When you call a total stranger on the phone because you are concerned that your husband is out of oxygen and has a doctors appointment in a few minutes and the lady offers to leave right then and meet him at the doctor to bring him oxygen that is a caring person. Jennifer is one of a kind, a genuine caring person. She got oxygen to my husband in a few short minutes. He passed away a little over a week later so I called her to thank her and to let her know they could pick up the oxygen and in a very short amount of time my doorbell rang and there was a guy standing there with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They were from Jennifer! I was shocked. God put her on the other end of that phone line that day because I needed someone that cared. There are still good people and good companies in this world. I give MRS the highest review because I don’t think you will find a better company! Thank you Jennifer for a kind and caring heart and thank you MRS for having such an awesome employee.
