I’ve been a patient for a few months now and I can say without a doubt, Dr. Jenkins and her team are the very best at what they do. Not only are their vast menu of services worth every penny, the main and (my) most important thing-concierge customer service-is paramount to them. No worrying about medications not being in stock or errors from the physicians. Their team handles it all and makes sure you have a stress-free pharmacy experience. They take out so much of the work, and because of that, have improved my experience so very much (in a short time) and I thank Dr. Jenkins and her team for that. It’s hard enough when you’re not feeling well, the last thing you need is to have problems with your pharmacy !

Stevi is the best pharmacist ever! She is so attentive to my health, my concerns, actively listens to my issues, finds what I need right on demand, delivers my medications, does all she can to accommodate for my health issues, works with my doctors, keeps on track of everything going on, makes sure I get the exact brands I want, and has such a lovely location with a great friendly staff! I totally recommend this member only closed-door pharmacy and model since it makes me feel like a patient and not just another checkout bag. Thanks Stevi for all you do!

My experience with My Concierge Pharmacy was a perfect blend of professionalism, efficiency and compassion with a genuine concern for the patient (even when the patient is a canine).

Dr. Jenkins-Kelly, special ordered medication for my Standard poodle, Polamalu “Malu” and it was delivered the very next day! She reached out to my veterinarian, which can be quite difficult, as he’s a mobile vet.

This place is amazing, to have your own private pharmacist who helps you with multiple health issues in one place is priceless. Not only did she help me with my UTI and connecting with TransMed, She was able to assist with the appropriate creams to help heal my face where it was breaking out from where a dermatologist had prescribed Something that was too harsh for my skin!
