Never sent me my prescription. Didn't verify it through my contact lens provider, either. I tried emailing and calling, but my calls went unanswered during regular office hours. Didn't get back to my voicemails.
Edit: Just called again months later, said they'd look for it and call me back. They never called me back.

I’m a crown heights resident since 1989 They accept all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. If you have any questions give them a call or just pop in. This is a family owned small business and you can feel it when you walk in. They are friendly, kind and courteous to ALL. Great addition to the Small Business Crown Heights Community.

Customer Service Is Excellent & Great Frames
My glasses had broken and I went there. The eye examination was great and they had great pairs. I got a trendy pair of pink and red Paris designer frames. This boosted my self-esteem because I was feeling kind of old and needed something fresh. Also, I had to work the weekend and the business owner came back slightly after to give my frames. Where else could you find nice frames and no attitudes? Please go here. It's worth it and more!

Great service and great selection of designer brands!!! All their eyewear is very fashionable and great prices all around!! Everyone I worked with including the Doctor and Elliot the optician are amazing people!! The way they treat their patients is unparalleled to any other optical I've been to in New York!! This is one of the worst places to go to get your eyes checked. im not sure an eye doctor even gave me my exam. The "prescription" they give you doesnt have a doctor named. I ended up having to go to Lenscrafters where the real doctor gave me a much more correct prescription. Not to mention the doctor didnt wear a mast and was breathing heavily into my face. COVID or not, this is the most unsanitary, hack job of a eye care facility.

SCAMMERS!!! I bought glasses to correct my photophobia. They custom made the lenses as they say... I get them checked to my ophthalmologist because I don't see any improvements.. THEY HAD NOOOO CORRECTION NO SPECIAL LENSES!!! What a shame !!!!
