Service has gone downhill, i have been going here for years and years and the most recent 2 pairs i have issues with. Lenses on my most recent (right around 6 months old) pair are cracking in the same area near the temple. When they aren't hanging up on you they will warranty your lenses just for them to break in the exact same way. and when they DO FINALLY pick up they tell you "Oh just pay 100 dollars more on top of the hundreds you just spent getting them here to remedy this issue that keeps happening.

Oh well if you want to be forgotten about and robbed for you money this is the place for you. i am sad as this used to be an amazing place but lately i wouldn't even let my dog go here.

We really like the doctor AND the staff. They are very nice and super helpful. They have a nice selection of eyewear and are pretty reasonably priced considering.

This is an amazing clinic! I absolutely loved it. I had been going to Brandon Eye Clinic for 7 years. I was unhappy with a number of things so I decided to try Myers. Customer service is VERY important to me and they definitely have it. I was under the impression that I would have to pay for the appointment myself but then Dr. Myers went the extra mile to ask the ladies in the front if they could double check to see if my insurance would cover it and they did! It seemed as though he really didn't want me to have to pay it myself if I didn't have to. That is a big indicator that they genuinely care about their patients. All in all a great clinic and will definitely be my new eye doctor from now on.

Update: 5 years strong with Dr. Myers and he's never failed me. Wish I could find a PCP as consistenly great as him!

Dr. Myers was great at explaining his work and thought process. His office staff however, is unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. No warm smile when you enter. The staff seems to be there for a paycheck only and not to take care of patients or help them. This rate is based off of an office visit and a phone conversation. Dr. Myers you should reconsider your front office staff.

I finally found a good eye doctor in NWA, and this one is great. Super fast, super easy. They don't try to upsell you. Great price. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Dr. Myers and his staff helped us out tremendously! We were in town over the weekend and my husband ran out of 1day contacts from his eye doctor in KS... Dr Myers was quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you again Dr. Myers & Staff!

My 2 kids and myself have been using Dr Myers for all of our glasses and contacts needs for about the last 7 years. Dr. Myers has helped my son and daughter since they were 6 years old. He corrected my sons vision 1 year and my son staring hitting and catching better on his travel baseball team. Can't say enough nice things, except thank you.
