I just purchased a fantastic new set of frames from Diego. He was super helpful showing me lots of different models based on what I was looking for. I've been a huge fan of the brand for years, and it was great seeing all the different models in person. Super light, minimalist glasses are their thing, and they really do it best.

Great glasses, but the staff - especially the manager - were SO rude. I couldn’t believe a nice brand like Mykita could have such bad customer service. It made me feel so uncomfortable. Even though I love their glasses, I will never come back to this store.

I have only interacted with them through email and on the phone. They have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and polite. I'm sure they are like that in person, too. If you like the MYKITA aesthetics, then this is the store to go to.

Beautiful eyewear and excellent customer service. I had a minor issue with the hinge on a pair of their sunglasses. I brought it in and they were able to fix complimentarily and super fast.

My girlfriend purchased me a Mykita frame (#2 Bernd) to the tune of $600 for my birthday. I then spent an additional $500 on pair of lenses and was really stoked to wear my new glasses, only to find that the frame is so poorly designed that the hinges connecting the frame to the temples come apart every few weeks. And every few weeks I have to make a trek to the store to have the glasses repaired. And every time I'm there, I'm inundated with offers to buy another frame. Really? I should spend another $1,100 because... your frames are so superior? I have a $5 pair of readers that never break. It's absurd to drop this kind of dough on a pair of glasses that I can't even wear half the time. And because I don't have a receipt that store won't replace the frame despite the fact that the the problems are well known to the company and model is now discontinued. I get better customer service at a 7-11.

The frames are pricey yet worth their weight in gold, as they’ll last for years even if worn hard, and nowhere is this more true than sunglasses made from their proprietary mylon material. Service at this boutique has always been outstanding, with the staff unafraid to provide their expert guidance and opinions when asked.
