I absolutely love coming here, it’s been around 4 years now I believe. I am a brown skinned woman and the owner is always very attentive to my needs and always has amazing suggestions. The business is small and the staffing is very limited, so they cannot get to everyone- but she is always there to explain certain products to me and ask questions to understand what I’m looking for. Im sorry to anyone who hasn’t had the best experience, but I can guarantee the owner is peaceful, generous, informative, and passionate about her business.

This post is directed to the owner of the store. I've visited and purchased from your store many times, and I must say most of the time you all was helpful. I must agree with one of the comments about some of the staff not greeting and asking the customer if they need assistance. As a business owner myself, when someone comes to me with a complaint, I try to understand their concerns and not deem it as not valid. I notice in your comments that you did not apologize to the customer for the negative experience, but you supported your daughter and the other staff. I feel you as a business owner realize that anyone can have a bad day, and may not project their best attitude forward. And when people decide to spend money with you they should be heard and acknowledged for the concern they took the time to express to you. Because eventually bad reviews will hurt your business. And it is the customers that keep us in business. Just something to think about. Thanks you! Eddie

I have shopped here off and on over the years when the need arose. I've never had anything but great service. No one bowed down and kissed my feet, but when I ASKED someone for assistance, they were more than willing to help me in any possible way. Not everyone wants to be harassed by store staff whole shopping. If you're looking to be worshipped just for stopping by, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for solid prices on the things you need that you likely won't find elsewhere in town and from people with the knowledge and information needed to find what's right for you, WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP, this is ABSOLUTELY the best place in town.

Disregard the 1 star reviews and go see for yourself. Basically what happened was one person had a bad experience because they weren't put on a pedestal, then had their friends leave negative reviews. I can promise, if you stop in for yourself, you'll have a different opinion.

Excellent customer service first of all. They are very caring and will spend time with you and if you have questions about a certain product they take their time answering your questions. Don’t waste your time at the other places this is where you need to be shopping for all your health needs. Great people and excellent service.

I went into the store excited to find different healthier substitutes for my lifestyle. The two girls working the front counter did not speak let alone offer to help me find anything. They just stayed at the front of the store faces in their phones and talking to each other. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and when I went up to the counter to check out, one asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked for the managers information and they asked why. I explained so that I could let them know that I came in and spent over $150.00 and they displayed terrible customer service. I almost walked out when she asked me was I looking for something after I was already done. They then both tensed up and did not even attempt to apologize but said well usually people just ask us if they need something. I explained the way customers are supposed to be treated from the moment they walk in including a greeting and an offer of assistance. After that, they did not talk to me but rang up my items, put my receipt in my bag which I didn't ask them to do, and then didn't even hand me my bag or say have a nice day. Hopefully the manager will find better workers that make people excited about the store and willing to spread the word about it because I won't.

The owner has helped me several times over the years, but this last time was the absolute best! My daughter is autistic and feels emotions in a very big way. When I walked in the owner asked what I was hunting for and then recommended theanine when I told her my situation. Not only was this an overall great experience, but this supplement has done wonders for my daughter! I could order this online now that I know it works, but I’m choosing to always buy from Natural Health as a way to say thank you for the expertise. ❤️
