2 stars because 1, the people seem nice and 2, that's how many hours I've been sitting here and continue to sit here. I get a busy day, but geez. This is actually ridiculous.

The ladies here are always helpful and very sweet, however, it’s a MAJOR pain in the behind to pick up medication that you can’t just get refilled. Wait is normally 15 ish minutes. (Sept. 2023)

Update (Nov. 2023) The last few times I’ve been here (from doctors no longer taking tricare, and switching elsewhere, etc) the wait has been at least an hour or more. I’ll go early in the morning way before work and STILL end up late since they close by the time I leave. Thank god for understanding bosses is all I can say lol. There HAS to be a better system put into place for new prescriptions to get people in and out because over the past few months this has gotten ridiculous and I can’t just consistently be late to work. An app, or even when your doctor calls something in they text you telling you they even received it in the first place and a text after confirming when it’s ready for pickup. It’s 2023, utilize some technology and new methodology so people can get on with their lives instead of relying on old practices and making phone calls to wait days for refills and forcing people to practically fight over different medications and waste precious time sitting in a chair with little to no reception for productivity if you even wanted to.

(Update Sept. 2024) Back to one star, I’ve just lost hope here and at the point where even though we have prime specifically not to pay copays, I don’t even care anymore and will be strictly going out in town or through express scripts from now on. I think they recently changed hours in April or sometime this year and now stop taking everyone at 3:30. So if you have to work for a living don’t even bother. Not even open on the weekends to accommodate those of us who work all day. Sorry I have medical issues and also have to work guys. Still no productive system where you can call ahead and have something filled and just go to pickup if your medication is refrigerated or legally restricted.
