Joining The new pharmacy, was a bit rocky.. workers were not inviting ìm legally blind, and can not read due to diabetes, and I asked if they can assume all my scripts, will be delivered, and they that they can't, and they text me, in which my messages stay there 2 ? Because m caregiver reads my texts, emails mail to me but only works 3 days a week. And I was on phone with owner going over new medication, and as I was inquiring about new mods- he got impatient with me, and wasn't able to finish explaining to me new meds. And new place informed Mr they do not have alcohol pads for injections

New Pharmacy has been there for my prescriptions. When I've needed delivery they've been very good about getting them to me but I don't wait for the last minute. Any wait times when busy have almost always been pleasant and the staff behind the counter stay focused and helpful even through occasional confusions which happen. Calling has been easy and pleasant. Music and people waiting in similar situations have even relaxed me at times and they have some drugstore inventory which is handy. I've gotten my shots for Covid and flu at this pharmacy which worked out well.

AWEsome pharmacy. Best I've ever used. Friendly, professional staff. They track my refills and contact me by text when my prescription/s is/are ready. They also text reminders when I've forgotten about picking them up, I really like that. And if needed, they deliver without cost.

I have been using New Pharmacy since it first opened and have to say I love it! I have never had a problem getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. The employees are always so helpful and friendly and I never wait more than 10 minutes in line. Will always recommend New Pharmacy to all who need to change pharmacies.

New employees do not do there jobs the correct way and are unable to answer most questions. They walk through the pharmacy like slugs or sloths and I haven't seen one of them smile when I come in.

Spoke with pharmacist shortly after this post, he was every understanding to the situation and was in top of this immediately. Although I did make one mistake, my doctor sent in one of my prescriptions as tablets instead of injections and so I do apologize for that part although I did tell this employee that I could only take the injections she did not explain to me that the doctor had sent it in as tablets so as much as I apologize she still was slightly in the wrong but I want to give her the benefit of doubt she's only been there a few months and I want to go back to my five star rating which now I put back up to four stars because I do love this pharmacy and I don't want to go anywhere else.

Simply, the best pharmacy in the basin. Two locations -Yucca Valley by the gym and in 29 palms just past Del Taco on the left. This pharmacy goes above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with regards to customer service and patient care. Always helpful, always striving to make each encounter stress free. Automatic refills help and if you haven’t filled a script in a while they will call you to find out why. Text Notification with info regarding prescriptions is helpful and they deliver!! Right to my door if I need that service. New Pharmacy and their staff, from pharmacists to customer/patient reps are top notch and will always be my go to pharmacy. Thank you NP! You Simplify all of my prescription needs.

The women up front are Soo nice.
When I need help with my Prior Authorization, they are right there to help. The Pharmacists are ready to answer all my questions!!

I really love how you automatically renew prescriptions one less thing I have to worry about. But I wish you could at least put the first 2 letters of prescription when you text . I love the girls they are all so nice and helpful. Always friendly.
