Why I am no longer seeking care here:
- Arriving on time for scheduled appointments, only to find out they had been cancelled without any notice. This happened more than once.
- Prescriptions taking over a week to get refilled. This also happened more than once.
- Blood labs needed to be repeated because the clinician told me I could eat beforehand when in fact I could not. They expected me to pay for this.
- The clinician prescribed me a controlled substance, and then told me the clinic charges double for patients on controlled substances. No thanks.
- Front desk repeatedly forgot to send me home with important paperwork like referrals, prescriptions, test results, etc.
- Clinician refusing to prescribe me common, non-narcotic medications that I have been on for years unless I see expensive specialists.
- In 3 years I never once saw an actual MD. I'm not sure they even have one in the building.

I was a new patient at this establishment and will never return again!!! Their Office manager Angie is the sole reason why I will never return. The way she talked to me on the phone for a for a prescription refill that they messed up several times. Angie was so unprofessional and clearly lacked emotional intelligence. She scoffed at me for asking very simple questions. She had the nerve to tell me I would be fine without my medication for five days . I’m sorry but you are not a doctor and should NOT be giving medical advice to any patient!!!!!!!!!! And then hung up the phone on me … These doctors have no clue how she talks to people! I will gladly take my business somewhere else and be calling the better Business Bureau. She refused to let me talk to any doctors or the PA that I had a visit with. Do BETTER!!!! Please read the reviews before going to this establishment.

Worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life.

I moved to Florida in 2023 and was looking for a new primary care provider and found this place on my health insurance's website. My doctor was really nice and helped me a lot, but her assistant, as well as the prescription refill specialist have been awful every single time I've spoken with them. They are so rude and act like I'm annoying every time I call for a refill, which I have to do each month because they only give me one month at a time.

The assistant, as well as the prescription refill specialists have both messed up my prescription multiple times, which has been the most frustrating part. I will get to the pharmacy late at night after work and the pharmacist will tell me a completely different medicine that I wasn't prescribed earlier and would give me bad side effects if I took it. Be careful of this - you don't want to end up like me getting the wrong meds multiple times!

I called the prescription refill specialist the next day to try to get my regular medicine that l'd been taking for 8+ years and she laughed at me multiple times throughout the call and made me feel stupid, even though she was the one who prescribed me the wrong meds? Very very strange.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I literally get scared to call and make appointments or request refills because the ladies to work here are rude and overall terrifying people to work with.

If I could give my therapist 5 stars l would, hes a gem but the office is different. The office needs to be held accountable for their actions just like if i miss an appointment im responsible. Let me start by saying I have only had a few sessions. I called asked if they accepted my insurance they said yes ( very common insurance) but i had to drop off id, insurance and paperwork before I could schedule my first appt. No problem I dropped it and she said we’ll call you to schedule. They call I scheduled appt. On my 1st appt he says that’s weird there’s no paperwork on you lol but no worries, we continued our session. 3rd session he says the office reached out to him ( we have late sessions so the office is closed) because there’s no insurance on file. Mind you, part of 3rd session was about me budgeting money better. Now I receive a bill because i am on self pay and the office does not accept my office. I was unaware of this. Of course the office does not handle billing so she transferred me to billing and she explains i can not make payments, must pay full balance before next appt. Also i am n self pay. Wait!?what!?
I do not understand how the office is not responsible for letting the patient know how much they are responsible for paying.Especially self pay. I will not mention any office names because I know how it could affect people’s day.
I do not want a unsympathetic response on this thread. We all know its the office responding. If its not the therapist reaching out do not bother. Its amazing how they have time to respond to people on here but are not responsible for informing patients of their financial obligation. Hmm

IN RESPONSE TO OFFICE RESPONSE… no confusion. When making a appointment the first few things you discuss is name and insurance. You said you accept it. Its time for people to take accountability especially when you work at a wellness center. Looking to deflect and tell patients certain situations never happen like telling me you accept my insurance. Its amazing you can fit responding to people on here but unable to tell patients their obligations. Smh Good day

If you want to be neglected as soon as you stop bringing income, this is your place. Oh, and if a procedure goes bad (like a botched cerebrospinal leak) they will tell you it’s in your head and make you go home, only for me to have a pulmonary embolism. I was told by every lawyer in their right mind to sue this place. I should have but that’s not how I do things. I despise these people with a passion and wish the worst karma possible. And the doctors are quacks. Stay away if you care about your health.oh and sweet Angie, there’s a special
Place in hell for her.

Everyone there I have ever dealt with is fantastic. We have been dealing With Amy Zilcosky PA for years. She is incredible.
I have seen Chris and Brook at physical therapy at the same facility. They are both fantastic.
I have nothing but raves about this place

As a first time patient, I had a horrible experience. Showed up on time, paid my deductible, and didn’t complain when it took them 30 minutes just to room me for my scheduled appt. Ten minutes into vitals, I’m told that the doctor is two patients behind and that it would be another 30 minutes or so before she’d be in. If I’d known at checkin they were an hour behind, I would’ve rescheduled. Anyway, I left. I had to get back to work. When I called later to vent, Angie had the audacity to talk to me like I was in the wrong for being upset. She said, in a nutshell, I should never expect to be seen at my scheduled time, and that I should be more considerate of the patients before me who required more time ?. And, that there was no reason for me to be upset they were “a few minutes behind”. It wasn’t a few minutes. It was an hour. As patients, we are required to show up on time, most times early. We risk a fee or even cancellation if late. But this was acceptable? In the very least, that young woman could have apologized. She could have offered to reschedule me. Instead, she attempted to berate me for being upset that an appointment I’d waited weeks to get into that I actually needed, that I took time off from work to be at, I ended up not being able to complete because they were an hour behind and didn’t bother to tell me up front so that I could make a decision about how I wanted to handle it. The girl who did my vitals was very nice. I have no complaints about any other staff. But that Angie needs to check herself.
