I’ll start this review with the initial call to see if I could be seen. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Tiana. She was super nice on the phone completely helped me out. I got in the next day for a consult. Previous to my visit I cut my finger really bad stop the bleeding so I put a Band-Aid on. I drove 53 minutes to see this Dentist .(completely worth it.) once I got to the dentist, my finger had opened up and was bleeding. I had nothing to clean it up. I went in and went to the window and who was there, Tiana told her my name and appointment time and I had to use a restroom to clean up the blood in my hand, she was completely awesome and got antibiotics and a bandage and personally addressed my finger. Absolutely not her job description but she was super cool about wrapping my finger Now the dentist Melissa Laite was super nice and will take care of me if you need a dentist this is a great place to go

My appt was at 2:30. Got there at 2:15 and they wouldn’t see me bc I should have been there by 2. That was never said at any time. We had been stuck in traffic. Left niceville at 1:30 bc I knew I would have new patient paperwork. Never will go back. They were rude and definitely a waste of my time.

I left a review on the wrong place, it was a one star ? for the medical office in the same building. I still can't believe how rude their receptionist is. Sorry about the mistake, I don't see how to delete it.

Had the same horrible experience about 6 month ago. So I gave up delt with the pain until my tooth finally fell out. I thought it was over but I still have have of the root in my gums & now an infection! Thanks to the lack of dentists that are willing to take Medicaid. Now I’m back looking for a dentist that will resolve this problem so I don’t die from a complicated infection!!!!!!! Wish me luck

These people are crooks. I specifically asked for the billing claim number so I could get pre-approval from my insurance but when they filled the claim they submitted something different which wasn't the procedure that was done and it was submitted by someone outside the network despite being assured that they were. I haven't been back since September but they just submitted a new bill for a visit that was never made. I've tried contacting them several times but all I get are run arounds and told someone will contact me.Its been months and no one has.

Every time you call to schedule an appointment as a new patient they always make you call weeks later then leave you on hold to speak with someone for over an hour just to tell you they ran out of appointments spots call again next month.

Dr. Laite is my favorite Dentist of all time!!! She works like an Olympian, making sure that her diligence in her work is shown through her Patient’s smiles. She is kind, helpful, thorough and I can’t say enough!!!! By far, THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever had to work on my teeth. The Dental Assistants, Allison & Kourtney are very skilled and through and they all seem to have such great work energy together in the whole team at Crestview Dental. Thanks again, Dr. Laite and Allison for such great work on teeth today. I truly hope you both know y’all are appreciated!!! Truly grateful! Thank you to the nice ladies up front in the office area as well. I am so happy with Crestview Dental, especially Dr. Laite!!!! ✨
