I visited this urgent care about 4 times since it opened. The Staff, Nurses, and Doctors are all great. They get you in quickly and really listen to the "voice of patient". I highly recommend this place.

I am a new patient here and this was my 2nd visit. The first visit was more of a meet and greet and go over a few things and everyone was so sweet and caring Today I had my wellness visit. Everyone was sweet and caring just as my first appointment! I see the NP and she is amazing! She has listened to my concerns, answered my questions and truly takes the time for me as a patient! Highly recommend this office and love that it is close to home!

The people seemed nice. But I never got serviced. I had a appointment scheduled with them for 1 month in advanced , on the day of the appointment I answered all the questions and did all the paperwork and got back to the room, and after nearly 20min they tell me they don’t take my insurance 🤷🏾‍♀️. I just don’t understand. I provided my insurance company and card number over the phone. The day I booked appointment. I provided my insurance and card number and information at the appointment before I went to the back and still, No one caught the mistake if there even was one. This was such an inconvenience. And then to be told they could see me if I paid $100. I seriously just don’t get it. How did I get this far along in the process to be notified after my appointment time that I can’t be seen 🤷🏾‍♀️. God help us all if this is the kind of service and attention to detail that health providers have in our world.

Every time I’ve gone here, there is little to no wait and I or my child is seen in less than 30 minutes. Mind you, this is urgent care where you don’t have an appointment. If you are complaining about wait time, try the ER! You will be appreciative then. My experience also includes kind and respectful employees. I just wish they took my child’s Amerigroup insurance. Other than that, highly rate this office.

Came here with my toddler and the staff were all very kind and understanding. I expected to wait, but was seen in about 15 minutes. The nurse working with my son was so sweet and gentle with him and they took time to explain diagnosis and next steps with me. This will definitely be our family’s new go-to for urgent care!
