Hoy tuve mi examen de mamografia, fue una experiencia terrible, la señora que me hizo el examen fue muy grosera conmigo, me lastimó terriblemente y jamás se disculpo al verme que grite y lloré, salí muy lastimada, sentí que hizo sentirme terriblemente mal, y ella sabía que estaba mal , porque salió a decirle a mi hija que yo estaba enojada y trato de hacer creer a front desk que si yo decía algo era porque yo era culpable , duele saber que exista gente sin profesionalismo .

I thought maybe people were just being harsh with the reviews, so I wasted my time/money here. Don't make the same mistake!
1. I was 33 weeks pregnant when I went in. I had been fighting something sinus-related for over a month. The FIRST words out of the Dr-lady's mouth were, "So you're 26 weeks pregnant..." - which wasn't a big deal, but did not instill initial confidence that she was paying attention.
2. She then proceeded to tell me that it's my "cough or the baby", and there was nothing they could give me. My OBGYN said that is incredibly wrong (there are safe antibitoics) and just horrible to say. So now they want me to go see a real Dr for treatment.
3. Then, they decided to swab my nose for bronchitis (which can be hard to swab for since it's in your lungs). A few days later I received a phone call that went like:

Urgent Care lady (before I could get a word in), "The results from your urine culture are negative. If you have any questions you can follow up with your OB."
Me: "Wait, I didn't have a urine culture..."
Her: "You didn't?"
Me: "No."
Her: "Well then why does your paperwork mention an OB?"
Me: "Uhmm, probably just because I am 33 weeks pregnant? I'm not sure."
Her: "Oh, well I just assumed because that's usually what pregnant women come in for."
Me: "Sooo... Are my bronchitis results negative then?"
Her: "Let me check..."

Incredibly inappropriate from start to finish. I have never experienced such a lack of attention to detail from an office.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews listed here as this was not my experience at all. In September I experienced a hypertensive crisis and did not want to go to the local ER since I knew that would end up being very costly, so I looked for a local Urgent Care facility and saw Northside Urgent Care was only 5 miles from my house. Their website said they primarily treat minor injuries and common flu symptoms but I decided to take my chances. I could not have made a better choice. It was like I was in an ER. Everyone was so professional and actually cared. The attending doctor had my cardiologist in his contact list He took the time to call him and together they decided on a treatment plan and scheduled a follow-up with him for the following week. I have an aortic aneurysm so being in hypertensive crisis is a serious matter for me. I could not have been in better care with better people anywhere. The most amazing part was how affordable it was out of pocket. I am sorry many of you had a poor experience but I cannot say enough about this facility and the staff. Thank You!

Wait time decent, people were friendly, but stitches done too tightly causing pain. When they were taken out, the wound reopened within 10 mins. Thankfully a another doctor elsewhere was able to fix their mistake. Due to their error my healing will take a few months. Prior visits went fine, but if I ever need stitches, I will go elsewhere.

Rude staff. Ordered ct scan for severe side pain i was having, when I got to office for scan, the dr told tech I didn't need scan. I didn't even see the dr when I went to urgent care. After Mary Kay left this office, it has gone down hill. Would not recommend.

I recently visited the urgent care facility after breaking my foot, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from Vicky and Kim. From the moment I arrived, both were incredibly attentive and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Vicky and Kim's professionalism and empathy truly stood out. They explained each step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel at ease during a stressful time. Their dedication to providing high-quality care was evident, and I am deeply grateful for their support.

I highly recommend Vicky and Kim for their outstanding service. They turned a challenging situation into a much more manageable experience with their kindness and expertise. Thank you both for your excellent care!

waited over an hour and multiple people who got there after us went in before us. they really need a better system and more nurses to accommodate for their patients.

Came first thing in the morning, was told to do new papers work cause it’s been a year (which is completely fine) no problem. Then after doing paper work and waiting 20mins the kind lady at the counter told me they don’t have a provider and to maybe get breakfast and come back to see if they show. She said they have someone who is suppose to be there but they aren’t answering the phone or there, and that I could try North East Georgia up the street if I wanted. She was nice enough to tell me and not make me wait any longer. But what kind of place is open without a provider on staff, is mind boggling. Especially a dang urgent care! Northside, do better.
