This Pharmacy has great Staff, However the owner who are the actual Pharmacist are rude, disrespectful and have no idea how to deal with customers. I asked to pick up a prescription up a couple of days early as I was going on a cruise and she yelled at me and told me to schedule my vacations around my days to pick up the prescriptions. I explained it was a cruise and I don’t make up the days they leave and she said I have been taking this medication for a long time and should of not taken it prior to save for the 10 days I was going to be gone. I asked he to stop yelling at me and she hung the phone up on me. I called back and asked for the owner and she told me she was the owner. I told her I thought it was owned by the hospital and she started yelling at me again. I asked to speak to the other staff member as I was getting nowhere from her except abuse and she told me that her staff was busy and I had to deal with her. I am all for supporting local businesses and I try to support them as much as I can, however I will never spend another dime in that place again. Its so sad how a local business owner would treat someone that was supporting a local business. I feel sorry for the staff that work there as I’m sure she treated them the same way.

If you’re looking for that one to one patient care and friendly customer service this is your pharmacy. All the staff members make sure to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. The technicians make sure to address any healthcare concerns in a timely manner. The pharmacist there is excellent! Making sure your medications dispense is safe and effective. This independent pharmacy is a gem in Oakdale!

I love this pharmacy. The owners are so professional, kind, and personable. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. I don't know anyone who has used them and didn't love them too. I highly recommend them.
