Your delivery guy was fantastic - he gets 10 stars! He was helpful beyond the call of duty.

But the rest of your operation was terrible - or perhaps non-existent. On February 4 I wanted to schedule having the rented hospital bed picked up. I called multiple times and waited on hold. I left callback numbers and was not called back. At one point I was told my estimated wait time was 3 minutes, so I waited. For 39 minutes. Then I hung up. Finally at about 4 pm I tried other menu choices and got someone to answer in billing. She stayed with me and tried to find someone and after several tries succeeded.

Clearly your office was not working that day. I will look for other sources if I need to rent a hospital bed again.

Scott from Adapt Health went out of his way to make sure to find my dad’s apartment and deliver his rollator walker assembled and ready to go! Adapt Health got the walker to my dad the next day after his doctor ordered it! I’ve had major issues in the past with getting equipment to him
right away so I’m super happy with their service and professionalism. They stayed in touch through the whole process. I highly recommend them!

The technician was right on time as he said. He brought me a new concentrator which I felt was sorely needed. This one has the water line to keep my nose from. drying out, All this was at his suggestion. He showed me how to use my new equipment and I also now have a tank for when/if power goes out and I need it. All in all I can't say enough about the. technician today. He was extremely professional and I hope your other employees do as well.

So far so good. I just started with Adapt Health. The representative who called me was very efficient. The person who delivered my equipment was good. He explained just how to use the the equipment. He also went over and above to give me a face mask that was not in my box.

It has been easy to contact the staff at Ogles, and they have a convenient (for me) location in Norcross GA. Pickup of my replacement CPAP machine went smoothly. The only downside for me is the limited day/time I was told that was available for a pickup (Friday morning only).

Ogles did a great job of taking all the equipment which I no longer needed from my home. The young man named Hudson phoned me in advance and arrived very promptly. Should I have a future need for their services, they would be at the top of list of companies that i call!!!
