We absolutely love the Telescope Belle Isle sofa and swivel chairs for our patio that we bought from Oh So Cozy. The polymer arms and powder coated aluminum make it sturdy but lightweight but best of all it is very comfortable. This is high quality patio furniture that we will be enjoying for years to come. Great Customer Relations. I love the new furniture I purchased. Very great quality for a reasonable price. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Everyone in the community mpany was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered a dresser and paid for the delivery fee but a few days later changed my mind. The store said they received it so there would be a 20% restock fee- which I understand. When she told me the amount to be returned, it was more than 20%. I asked why so much and she said they take 20% of the total amount, including the delivery fee. She told me it was on a large truck that just came in. If it was just delivered to the store the same day, I’m not sure why they didn’t take the 20% off the product only and give me back my $149 delivery fee and tax. The lady told me something about the dresser being handled so I had to pay the delivery fee. Again, I’m fine with the restocking fee but I should have received my delivery fee back.

Update: After reading the owners response, I had to upgrade it to 5 stars. I have a better understanding now and yes, your customer service was excellent.

Best place to shop for home furniture. Has the best prices that are affordable and range from many different prices. My husband and I recently moved out to Jackson county from Southern California and were in need of a bedroom set and Peter had exactly what we were looking for. Plus the Cozy's Mattresses and More is right next door to one of the most amazing Pizza restaurants around. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Cozy's Mattresses and More. I will be back in for more when the time comes!

This is a nice comfortable store with great customer service. I am just below average height and have trouble finding comfortable seating. I found several recliners which are comfortable. Jessica, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The installation crew was extremely polite and thorough. They assembled the fireplace quickly and did not leave until we were satisfied. They made sure that I was comfortable operating the unit before departing. Would recommend!

Not only did we get beautiful furniture from Cozy’s, but Peter also offered to set up our adjustable base and mattress from Mattress Firm. Him and his family are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
