We Love You CHRISTINE at On The Mend!
Your selfless act of doing all you could to get a Hoyer Lift delivery added to a fully booked delivery schedule, spur of the moment, within minutes of my desperate call for help, was the greatest gift a family could have asked for!
We cannot thank you enough!
Your speedy and efficient actions granted mom discharge from the ER immediately after the Hoyer Lift was in place, and she was able to go back to her and dad’s Senior Living residence, as the stipulation for return was a Hoyer lift in place.
The hospital nor the Senior Living facility could secure or promise a Hoyer lift for at least another 48 hours… I immediately thought of “On The Mend” a company we utilized for the first time back in 2020 for medical equipment during Covid for my dad…
They have always been a company that puts the customer first, but what transpired on a Saturday within moments of contact with Christine was just unbelievable, but in the best way possible way!
We were overjoyed with tears as mom did not have to stay in the ER or be sent to a Private Pay Rehab, costing thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket.
Due to Christine‘s immediate attention to our desperate request, our 88 year old Mom is so very happy to be back safe and healing in her residence!

My husband was recently hospitalized and the staff used a Sara Stedy lift for him. Seeing it made me realize that it was something I needed for him at home. I purchased one online, but the delivery would not be for at least a week following his discharge. Fortunately, I found On The Mend online and was able to have a rental Sara Stedy delivered the day before the hospital discharge. Marsi was wonderful! She was friendly, helpful and eased my stress. The rental process, delivery and pickup went very smoothly. I’m so glad I discovered On The Mend! I’ve since learned that they have multiple services and product offerings. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

We highly recommend Liam, Marci, and whole crew at On The Mend! They were a Godsend to our family in making sure that when our 90 year old father was released from rehab after a fall, his home was properly outfitted with all of the equipment he needs to live safety and independently in his apartment, including grab bars, safety railings, and adaptive equipment in the bathroom to protect from future falls. They worked quickly in a short time frame to get everything done, and ensured it was done properly.
Liam was responsive and a proactive communicator, Marci kind and very professional confirming accuracy in logistics and billing, and the delivery/installation guys could not have been more polite or helpful.
It is very stressful dealing with healthcare, trying to take care of and protect our elder loved ones. On The Mend understands this. They help ease the burden by carrying some of it with you.
A related additional shout out to On the Mend's business associate, Arthur Mulligan at The McKellan Group, Senior Health Care Advocates. Art is a gen of a human being who can guide elders and their families through the incredibly complex and often frustrating world of health care services and insurance/payment for seniors.

Marsi at On The Mend is the most lovely and helpful person I have had the pleasure to work with. I needed a recliner after back surgery and was in multiple locations, which meant moving the chair multiple times. She handled it efficiently, proactively and with a smile the entire time. Recently brought medical equipment, and everyone was kind and understanding. Contacted a few other facilities but they weren’t accommodating. l had to wait for a scheduled appointment just to look at their equipment.
Called this facility and advised of the hours of operation. Went even though it was a 45 minutes of travel. Greeted with a welcoming smile & assisted all of my needs. Highly recommend this place and know why they have stellar reviews.

Marsi, Liam and the entire team at On The Mend Medical are top notch In their field. From coordination, execution and communication there is no one else I would choose or recommend for any of your in-home care needs. I have used their services for not only my family, but for clients that I have referred and had them execute the installation of temporary hospital beds, lift chairs, handrails and bathroom needs last minute.
Most people find themselves in a situation where their life needs to change at a moments notice. Having an unexpected life altering event leaves you scrambling last minute to adjust your life inside a home when you or a family member returns from medical care or an unexpected accident. The entire staff at On The Mend Medical has proven to me on multiple occasions to be a 10 out of 10.

I have delt with Marsi on several occasions. Buying my lift chair, bed and now my mobility scooter. After meeting Marci for the first time I found her caring, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. I had my scooter delivered today by 2 of the nicest young men. When they arrived Chris and his partners brought in packages from my porch without me asking. They were professional, friendly and helpful. After bringing my scooter to my workshop and explaining it's workings they asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I highly recommend On the Mend for thier great staff and quality products.
