This is a great branch for One Medical. I was able to make an appointment quickly and had a short wait when I arrived to see a physician. The front desk staff, medical staff, and phlebotomist were are friendly and professional, and left me feeling very welcome and cared for. Charges and billing all were very standard with the One Medical membership, so no surprises there. I recommend this location if you live or work in the area.

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by One Medical. Charging me $500 for a 15-minute video call is not only exorbitant but also completely unjustified. During the call, the doctor merely told me to exercise more and eat healthier—advice that could have easily been communicated via messages.

To make matters worse, nothing about the high cost or the nature of the advice was communicated to me beforehand. This experience feels like a blatant cash grab. I expect more value for such a steep price, not generic advice that offers no real insight or personalized care.
I will not be using their services again and will be warning others to stay away.

Nice quiet office in a convenient location. I arrived early morning for a routine physical. I also had to get a couple of blood tests, which both times as a walk-in was quick. The people I talked to there were friendly.

Costs here was pretty expensive though, so make sure your insurance covers the doctors here in-network. My visits were covered by Anthem BCBS and my blood work had a significant plan discount. Before insurance coverage, it was ~$700 for preventative visit and ~$40 for venipuncture.

Will come here again for future routine check-ups and bloodwork.

Quiet, clean, kind office. I walked in for blood work that had been called in this morning. Waited briefly (<10 minutes) and phlebotomist was gentle, personable, and efficient. I’ve been here once before for drive thru Covid testing in 2020 but that’s it. Will return in the future for lab work because it was so easy to access and low traffic. One Medical is great if you’re set up in their system (have a $199/yr membership and your insurance covers care there). For casual walk-in it can be quite pricy. It’s not a cheap fast urgent care solution like Minute Clinic etc but more primary care service with great doctors and easy to use app for scheduling care. Much nicer office setting for getting blood work done than the big labs also.

I'm absolutely appalled by the exorbitant fees charged at this clinic. A 20-minute visit to check for a simple ear infection cost me a jaw-dropping $430! No lab tests, no complex procedures – just a quick look into my ears.

This feels like outright exploitation of patients. It's outrageous to charge such an astronomical amount for such a basic service. I left feeling not only frustrated but completely taken advantage of.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. Unless you enjoy throwing money away, there are certainly more reasonable and transparent healthcare options available.
