Si estas buscando un lugar donde comprar tus lentes, les recomiendo este lugar, la atención es excelente, el doctor pacientemente respondió todas mis preguntas. Renea me ayudó a encontrar una montura hermosa, todos son increíbles. El servicio al cliente es excelente. Love this place.

I was visiting from out of state and had an eye emergency (chemical burn from contact solution). Dr. LaPlume went ABOVE & BEYOND from the moment we contacted him. He was willing to see me immediately, took wonderful care of my eyes, and even followed up on a Sunday afternoon to make sure I was healing before flying back home. Highly recommend - I cannot thank him enough!!

Goggled these guys. I tried a few other places didn’t want to help me. I walked in and Nick was super friendly. I told him my glasses were broken. He went and got Kara. She was friendly and helped me out and I was out the door in 5 mins. I will definitely go back in August when I need my new glasses. Everyone should go here. You won’t be disappointed. Great job guys!!!

I had been suffering for almost 7 months with double vision. I went to a couple of optometrists who tried but were never able to correct my eye issues. Going through several prescriptions and none of them working I thought something must be wrong with my eyes other than the double vision so I decided to see an ophthalmologist. He recommended me to Dr. LaPlume at Innovative Eye Care and that was godsent. After suffering all those months finally Dr. LaPlume was able to correct my problem right away. To me that was next to a miracle. I highly recommend and I sincerely mean it go to Innovative Eye Care for any issues you may have. They are the most caring and knowledgeable staff ever. I really can't thank them enough for what they have done for me. To be able to see !!!

I’ve been a customer here for a long time and have not had one bad experience! The doctor is very knowledgeable and demonstrates a lot of patience when conducting the exam. They have a huge selection of frames and have the ability to order if there is a frame that is not in stock. Darlene is the best! If you are undecided about your glasses then she is will take the time to allow someone to try on several pairs and she will give her honest opinion. She is the best and look forward to seeing her each time I visit. I would highly recommend Optical Factory & Showroom to my family and friends!

I can’t say enough about my experience today. My dog chewed the ends of the earpieces and bent the frame on an expensive pair of sunglasses. I brought them in and they look brand new now after waiting 10 minutes for them to be repaired—at no charge. I did not buy the sunglasses there, and it was completely unexpected to have them fixed. Now they’re my favorite pair! It meant a lot to me to have them back.

This is a special place 🙂
