The service is fine, but…
“We have a short cancellation fee of $50 within 24 hours of your appointment, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, you may have to be rescheduled”.
This is not fare!
Last year I came in time and the doctor was 40 min late.
Why cannot I charge them $50? My time is also money!
This time I again came in time, but they started 20 min late.
Again, I have no right to complain!
This is one way responsibility!
Guys, change your policy otherwise I will consider another provider.

The team has been great to work with in getting new glasses. The office has the latest and greatest eye test equipment, and the optometrists take the time to make sure you understand the results and next steps. I have caused some challenges due to my specific situation, and they’ve all been very patient and open to my questions. I would definitely use this store again.

I spent over 1k on a pair of lenses. Everyone was very nice. However, i never received an invoice for the transaction until 4 days later. I was getting worried and called the store to find out they had the wrong email. I confirmed with them while I was in the store that all my information was correct, and looked at the screen to confirm. Somehow this discrepancy still occurred. I would have assumed after purchasing such a high end item that the buttons would be buttoned up but I’m not seeing that. Also was promised a 2 week lead time but found out it’s 3 weeks. I get migraines from not having these lenses and expresses the urgency for having these. Very nice people but very concerned with how they are operating.

My eye exam with Dr. Montgomery was absolutely stellar. She was very professional and very thorough in explaining the results from the Pentacam imaging. The staff including Victor, Robert, and Edwin, were very welcoming and very professional at the end of my exam. Dr. Gonzalez was very helpful with my dry eyes following my Lasik procedure. I would strongly recommend this optometry office to anyone!

Great service. I had an issue with one of my eyes. Doctor did very professional exam and told me why and what to expect in future. They didn’t recommend unnecessary treatment. I’m impressed by their professionalism.

Saw Dr. Paris Montgomery and ordered some Zero G glasses today! I had great service and a lovely time with Dr. Montgomery. She was pleasant, informative, and very thorough. Both my wife and I enjoyed it appointments and were bummed that we hadn’t seen her all these years we’ve been coming to optical illusions . In any case, I recommend this place to anyone!!
