Chelsea is fantastic at what she does and a delight to work with! She was referred to me and got in touch quickly to figure out exactly what I was looking for.

While there was a back end issue that resulted in the correct frame but wrong color arriving at first, how it was handled led me to feel the need to write a review because it didn't negatively effect me at all. Chelsea was kind enough to let me keep and use the pair I received while I waited for the correct frame to arrive(my old frames are in a state of disrepair so that was great), provided me a video guide on switching the lenses out, mailed them with an already cut and prepared return label, and followed up with me when they arrived.

If you want excellent service in addition to awesome eyewear, I can't recommend Optician Co. enough!

This process of purchasing glasses online was the smoothest I’ve ever seen. I opted to make a fitting appointment and Chelsea had me try frames I would never normally pick out by going outside my comfort zone in the best way possible! She surprised me because I wound up loving multiple styles! I received my order within less than a week with the cutest cleaning cloth and cleaner!
