Orbit, sold me a pair of glasses with two right arms. Never once did they want to help me get another pair. When I figured it out they said I should have told them sooner. I finally said give me my prescription and was not ever coming back. They are truly for making a buck, not about your eyes. Now you're posting, blaming me. Please quit making excuses for your poor work. I moved on and someone else sold me a new pair. You took my money and that's that

I love going here. Dr Yu sees my whole family. She is very professional and takes her time to understand what your eyes need! She has a variety of eyeglasses at a reasonable cost for the whole family.

My first time here and also my first time getting contacts also , They were great working with me on putting my contacts in. The girl that was helping me was fabulous . The lady that checked me in was great also. Great customer Service !!

I will never come back here again. I’ve been getting my glasses here for a long time now but I was never happy with my frames I got from them. 2 SV glasses always cost me in the $30 range I decided to purchase my own frames that I fell in love with online from a different company. I called twice and asked how much it would cost to get my own frames filled and twice I was told $30 per frame so $60. I come in today and start filling out all my paperwork as usual and when it’s time to pay it cost me $171… I told the lady up front that I was told $30 per frame and she got a little snappy on me saying “I don’t know who you talked to but it’s only $30 for the frames you bring in”. I desperately needed glasses so of course I paid. I called again when I got home and asked the same things “ how much would it cost if I was to bring two of my own frames in to get filled for a single vision?”
Again I was told $30 per frame.

This morning my 12 year old and I had an appt at 9:10am. We walk into the location on fury's ferry rd and the entire place smelled like the 2 office workers had just smoked a blunt in the back. We filled out paper work and then was told that the Dr. doesn't even come in till 930 and they aren't sure why someone scheduled us so early. I decided to wait the 15 min or so till 930. By 945am, still no Dr. Another lady came in in with the exact problem that a lot of other reviewers have had... 2 pairs of glasses that she can't see out of because of a wrong prescription. So at that point, we got out there. It is literally the most unprofessional Dr's office I have ever been in. It was not clean. The lady at the front desk was on her phone drinking her Starbucks. If someone called the store she ignored it and kept playing on her phone for 5-6 rings before answering. I would not ever go back to this office.

I went to the one on Furys Ferry Rd in Augusta Ga. The receptionist was very rude. The doctor is great. She listens to what issues you are having. The lady placing the order and doing the
measurements for your new glasses was nice. It says same day glasses that is not true. The glasses were 415$ they had very few frames for the advertised price. You have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get your glasses. They are fast and very good. There advertising is wrong. The receptionist is rude. That is why they get a 3 star

Tasha and Mariah were so nice and helpful at the front desk! And the dr was VERY thorough. Price is amazing. Everything was clean and kept. Will definitely be returning!

Receptionist front desk lady rude get ready to wait for awhile after your scheduled appointment time have been here twice for yearly exams and nothing has changed this place is no better than the treatment you receive at Walmart. This place is disorganized first time visit couldn't locate my appointment that was scheduled.‍♀️
