Very kind and helpful! I was visiting from Philadelphia and left my glasses behind. Oregon Vision Center made new glasses and frames for me in less than an hour. My eye doctor faxed my prescription and presto! I had new glasses. Thank you so much!!!

Honestly the first time I went to this establishment I thought maybe everyone was just having a bad day and that’s why they were rude. But every single time I go they’re so rude and condescending. Especially the lady at the front desk. She’s got a bad attitude that will make me NEVER recommend this place to anyone else. I won’t even make my family apts there because they’re so unpleasant. I have no issue with policies at all but when I had a question about one I got called “silly silly girl” gtf over yourselves.

Left 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled because they were so behind. No respect for patient's time and the appointment process. Do not recommend to anyone not willing to wait for indeterminate periods of time on a workday.

They withheld my prescription so I can not get glassed or contacts anywhere else. I called twice after they called me on the 27th of February 2024. I called March 1st and 7th asking if I got my glasses in. Apparently they are in... and when I went to get them I asked why did I get lied too twice. They says everyone makes mistakes. And that I need to calm down. Now I'm not allowed back on the permiss and I still don't have my perception. Don't go there. They will lie to you

Wow, will not recommend this place. They do not deserve that one star from me! They say satisfaction guaranteed, only when it's in their favor. I questioned the billing since they were charging me $466 for glasses when I have coverage. Because I did that, I found out that I wasn't even explained what options I had. They billed the highest amount so I asked for them to change the lenses to a kind that would follow under my copay of $85 and since I would only be using them for the computer. They gave me the run around this whole time, so the glasses arrived and they said I had to purchase those. That they could not make the changes and what they ordered for me is what they do for everyone that comes in.
So because I didn't purchase the glasses, they refused my prescription and reversed my exam with insurance because they were losing money and that was her words. I have been wearing glasses on and off this last year, I am blown away about this. What happened to caring for the patient and it's my medical record how can they hold it from me. When by law they have to provide it. Oh yeah does this sound like satisfaction guaranteed?

So I do not recommend this place to anyone!

They expelled me. Literally the man with mustaches opened the door for me to leave, yelling “you’re wrong!”. It was even convenient, because I was with stroller. But still frustrating, what did I do to deserve such a treatment?
Doctor Tom was yelling too.
You can go there only if you have steel balls. If you’re sensitive and emotional as I am - better to avoid this place.
I haven’t met such a service anywhere else in the USA. Shame.
Receptionist Sheryl and Cynthia were nice.

The doctor and most of the staff are friendly. The technology they use is a bit out of date and the eye exams are not as thorough as other places in the area.
Also, the receptionist/billing lady is HORRIBLE. She makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her with your presence. She doesn’t care about over charging you. Heaven forbid if you ask her to look something up for you or have her move from her chair! I’d rather do business with a raging bull than that woman. Will not be going back as there are better doctors and office staff elsewhere in the area.

Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. I value their opinions when selecting frames (and they all like to give one)! They are experienced and honest, which I admire. The doctor is personable yet efficient. I have always been treated as if everyone is genuinely happy to see me. Great service. Love my glasses!
