This office offers very personalized and out standing care on a level you just don’t find these days in medicine. Our entire family have been patients for years, and received nothing less than top notch care. Dr. Guzak always patiently goes through my options to get the right combination of contacts for near and far vision. Front office staff are friendly and helpful and the optical techs are efficient, well trained and competent. I highly recommend.

I don't even remember for how long I have been coming with Dr. Guzak, he is simply the best. Not only is he very good and knowledgeable, but also very nice and kind. All the staff is nice as well. Never had an issue and my glasses are always ready in the expected time.

I’m in Orlando on vacation and I forgot my daily contacts. I called them and they were super helpful in getting me some samples to get me through vacation. Excellent customer service. Shelly is the best.

I’ve been seeing Dr Guzak /bringing my kids here for 15 years or more . While the main lady at front desk is never a ray of sunshine she was beyond rude yesterday. The other woman that was new to me was visibly frustrated, banging her forearm on the desk while talking to a client on the phone. When I checked out the main lady with glasses and long frizzy hair was very condescending, pulling out her calculator pounding on the numbers while trying to explain a charge to me. My 14 yo daughter got very upset. The treatment we received at the front desk prompted her to make her first Google review ! While I like the Drs I may look elsewhere for my teens or at least will be taking my 3 yo somewhere else when the time comes

Dr Guzak is a very personable and knowledgeable optometrist. I have been going to Orlando Eye Associates for the past 30 years , and have seeing Dr Guzak for close to 20. Shelly, who has been with them for about 25 years, is efficient and knows the ins and outs of insurance. This office has state of the art diagnostic equipment - blows away other practices. There’s a reason I drive almost 60 miles once a year to see Orlando Eye Associates - great care and a qualified and friendly staff!
