i had an endoscopy here and i was very very nervous like you have no idea. and after reading the mixed reviews i was even more concerned. but my experience here was truly so wonderful. even the front desk lady who assisted me was nice and helpful. the nurses in the prep area were beyond amazing, Raymond and i wish i remember the other girls name she was so kind and warm and comforting. and the anesthesiologist dr. Carlson just wow! he explained everything and answered my questions so nicely. i asked for an extra blanket and he gave me 2!! i could cry i was so relieved with the care i received from these people. though i will say in the recovering area which had different nurses it was not the same experience, i was told i would get water or juice and crackers and i was not even offered. i felt i was rushed out to leave and within less than 5 minutes of waking up i was out the door.
thank you to the nurses in the prep area, Raymond, Dr. Carlson, you all helped me tremendously and set the bar. i hope others can learn from your care and kindness. they also call you to check on how you’re doing the next day!

I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I had an outstanding experience from checking in to getting discharged. I was very anxious but they helped me so much. The nurses before and after the procedure were just angels, always making sure I was comfortable, they offered me warm blankets, and snacks. One nurse stayed with me during the procedure because I was so nervous, and she was the one who initially greeted me. I am so very grateful for this facility, I had such an amazing experience, given the situation.
They even called the next day to check up on me!! I am blown away by the level of care that I received from surgery center of Delray.

Needed a colonoscopy endoscopy and was referred to the outpatient center of delray .easy self check in and was called after a short 10 minute wait. All the staff from the nurses to the anesthesiologist were very professional, efficient and orderly. The place was spotless and not over crowded. I was at ease right away.afterwards the staff walked me outside as I waited for my Uber. The next day they called me to see if all was ok . I will request this office in the future

The nurses were beyond nice and extremely professional. I can’t say enough good things about them.
I gave 5 stars even though the blonde lady on my right at the reception desk was incredibly terse and borderline rude. I will not let her poor attitude tarnish the hardworking people that made my experience an A+++++.

Everyone there especially the nursing team made an uncomfortable but necessary procedure, as pleasant an experience as possible. I cannot recommend the facility enough!

My husband and I had our Endoscopy/Colonoscopy procedures at the Outpatient Center Delray Beach this month. Outstanding experience and care from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The staff were friendly, professional, courteous and dedicated. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Drs. Shemesh and Ellis and the entire staff for the exceptional care.

I was told upon waking from my endoscopy that I had to have it done again because I had food in my stomach. The nurse said I should have been told not eat after 6 pm and I was told not to eat after midnight! She further said she hates when patients are advised to eat until midnight....and that often times people have food they are still digesting! My Dr than proceeds to tell me that food in my stomach could mean an autoimmune disorder, a growth, a narrowing that could need surgery, and some other disorders I can't even remember. I didn't return to the Dr or the facility. Who tells a patient they may have several possible ailments? I went to a Chinese medicine Dr and had acupuncture and herbs. I have come to find out that GI problems need to be managed and much can be accomplished without prescriptions or surgeries. After 5 months of Acupuncture and coaching on eating differently my symptoms resolved totally!
