Horrible customer service. Paid for scratch resistant protection on my glasses. Don’t buy it they don’t stand behind it. Wasted money. It doesn’t work and they have the nerve to say if I paid for the more expensive plan they would have covered it. I do not recommend you buy anything from them.

Ordered two pairs of glasses. Received them, one was wrong. Told me they would send the proper ones out along with a shipping label to send the other pair back (there mistake). Waited two weeks. Called and asked "where are my glasses and the return label to send the wrong ones back". Told me they sent them. I asked them for the tracking number of the new glasses that they were suppose to send. They sent the tracking number from the first order, with the wrong glasses. There has been about six emails so far, and I haven't gotten the glasses that I ordered. This is an easy fix, but I think they are trying to screw me over now and we are just going around in a circle.. Order glasses from someone else.

After many orders, they almost never got custom Rx correct the first try. Usually took 2-3 attempts despite calling and emailing every detail possible. They cant even be bothered to keep or check previous orders to prevent such errors from occuring the first place. Terrible customer service. I asked for a larger bifocal area and they can't seem to match previous orders. Been buying from them for a few years now and I'm finally fed up with their incompetence. I ended up using a local lens maker and will now buy my clic magnetic frames from Amazon then go to Visionworks or Lenscrafters instead for the Rx. They might make you sign a waiver for using your own lens or charge you $20 to use them but at least they will get it right the first time and listen to you instead of how these people treat their customers.

Outstanding Eyewear is a TOTAL SCAM. I purchased a pair of Persol Eyeglasses for almost $500 after all of the premium features were added (Crizal Prevencia, etc.) The glasses literally fell apart in my hands 2 months later not to mention that lenses didn't fit correctly in the frame and they couldn't even install the transition feature that I purchased because it wouldn't work with Crizal. I reached out to the company (Outstanding Eyewear) regarding the defective frames and the representative, Christian Nichols, was helpful at first. He emailed me a return label, confirmed receipt of my return via email, and also confirmed via email that they would be sending out a new replacement pair that day. I called to follow up a few days later, because the shipment hadn't been received, only to be told that they, in fact, were not going to send my replacement pair. Keeping in mind that almost this entire conversation took place in writing, and THAT I was assured that I would be receiving a new replacement pair, I asked to speak to a manager. This manager has never taken my call, or attempted to reach back out in any way. I'm always told that he's "busy" IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SENT ME BACK MY DEFECTIVE FRAMES AND LENSES THAT THEY REQUESTED THAT I RETURN IN THE FIRST PLACE. I would advise anyone who is considering purchasing from Outstanding Eyewear or any of it's direct subsidiary dot com's (e.g. Clic Magnetic - Speert - Polarized World - Designer Reading Glasses - Fitover USA - Rhino Safety Glasses - OE Outstanding Eyewear - Low Vision Glasses - Reptile) TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Used them via mail order for years from the North. Delighted they opened an outlet soon after I moved to SoFla. Selection is wide, price and turnaround time on custom Rx are great.
