I called twice today asking if my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy twice. They haven’t received anything. I also called my insurance membership and appointment line. Turns out I this Rancho Cucamonga location is having an IT issue and blaming all other outside medical professionals. My eye is infected, I can’t wait any longer for them to correct their mistake. I’m in pain and emotionally distraught. I woke up with a fever and puss oozing from my eye, before work. The infection has now become systematic.I did not have pain or any fever prior to being finally referred to their clinic. This has never in happened the weeks prior trying to medically deal with this waiting on my referral to be seen by an ophthalmologist. I’m extremely disappointed in this company. I’m also upset with the medical director with my insurance as well. Both dropped the ball on this issue. It is not the fault of the doctor’s ,nurses , or staff. This issue is a management issue… not taking care of their IT problems. With the addition of having no solutions that can be handled within the day. Instead they blamed two other companies. I also would like the readers to know that, I also made a complaint against the insurance director. I am now headed to the ER to deal with this. I have had an eye infection for almost a month. Due to negligence of one individual with my medical insurance. And now with the Pacific Eye Institute in Rancho Cucamonga California. I will not be using their services again.

Madonna Daniel is a very good optometrist,she explains everything as she performs her specific duties in detail. She ask me a few times if I understood,and if I had any questions about anything.She is a beautiful professional and I would refer her to anyone as a Five Star Optometrist!! Excellent job ?

For me it is a local office that is easily accessible with plenty of close parking. The office is comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Yung is knowledgeable, answered my questions and explained things well. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Dr. Yung. He literally saved my eye sight. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I moved 4 hours away and still drive to be his patient.
