Made an appt for my daughter two weeks in advance for her shots. The day of my appt my daughter was not able to be seen and was turned around due to not checking in prior via email. I left and call the appt center. From there, the young gentlemen I spoke with reach out to the supervisor at this location and assured me I will receive a call before 2pm that day. Around 1:30pm I got a call from the supervisor along with Mrs. B Wright. We spoke about what happened and I told her my situation of why this appt was needed. Mrs. Wright assured me that it will get handled and asked when can I come back in for my daughter appt. We came up with a time and date and she stated to me “When you walk in and they try to give you a problem just mention my name and they will direct you to the right person. Let’s just say when I walked in and gave them her name I was in and out within 30 mins with my daughter. I want to say thank you to the staff but most importantly Mrs. Wright! I’m forever grateful for you helping me. The can’t go wrong with this location cause they do care and want to help!

When I asked for a face mask because the women in the lobby next to me was sick I was told they didn’t have any and don’t use them. Ridiculous. I was ten minutes early for my appt and am still here over two hours later. I could hear the doctor I was suppose to see playing videos on her phone as I waited outside the door. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. It’s been an overall horrible experience.

It is very messy, at least 2 hours to finally talk to the doctor and you are going to be lucky if they give you an English speaker doctor or nurse, mostly speak creole only. They would often ask for exams and tell me everything was okay even before receiving the exams results. I’m pregnant and severely anemic and just find it out by having to go to the emergency of a private hospital because for my doctor everything was “ok” with my body ?

I took my mom to the health district, the whole team was very attentive. At the front desk especially the one who received me, sorry i forgot her name, she was beyond kind, helpful, and have the real instinct to understand people. God bless everyone, great job

I have to say, with total honestly that this institution has spectacular workers. I went for a Papsmear procedure and Marie Jean Charles is amazing. Her calm demeanor is a character that is needed in this world. I felt safe and she explained all the steps for the procedure, this assured me that I was in great hands and I loved that. From the nurses to the receptionist, they are all mannerable and helpful. Thanks ladies.

My cousin and I visited the Health Care District County of Delray
on the 12-08-23. My cousin is a refugee from Haiti. He has an ear infection and his blood pressure was high. We were referred here by the FL Dept of Health in Palm Beach county. Delray’s health care district service was wonderful with exception of this lady named Ms.Yaniris. All I wanted for my cousin is care but that lady refused us and was making a big deal about it, all though the others Ms.Tanesh and Ms Deau specifically told that “we are a care facility, that’s what we do.” She was still going out of her way to not serve us. That was an unexpected experience. I hope no one else will have to deal with that in the future. Other than that everyone else was very professional and welcoming.
