My baby was born on June 28 in Wellington regional hospital, the hospital wasn’t able to give me her birth certificate so they sent me to location to get it, after going there the first time on July 11 and birth certificate not ready, I went on July 23 and August 7 and no birth certificate, they always said come next week to see if it’s ready, today is August 14 and no birth certificate, I’ll keep you all posted to see in what year my baby will get her birth certificate so she can go to see the pediatrician, not even in third world countries there is this lack of humanicen.

Arlene Poole Hernandez

There has been a deliberately issued death certificate for my mother Julene King Poole knowing my name isn't Arlene Poole to Bell and Clarke Funeral Home. Good Samaritan Hospital made copies of my identification at the registration department. Dr. Kahn was the Medical Examiner and David prepared the document. Clarke issued the Certificate to Raymond King and his wife Hazel. I was never present. I was also kicked out of any decision making and completely ignored as if I didn't exist. There were many concerns for fraudulent activity from bank accounts, to property deeds. My legal name is Arlene Poole McAllister Hernandez. My last name needed to match my mother's in order to move unrecognized as suspicious for certain illegal transactions I have suspected and questioned. Even in high school Arlene Y. Poole ,(Yolanda) was my signature. I never was Arlene Poole. I don't care about their ignoring me or character assassination to stop on behalf of my Mother and Father I am pushing forward. My truth is proof.
