Dr is fantastic, great service and demeanor. Front office staff is fantastic, friendly and responsive. However the billing manager is exceptionally abrasive and due to her behavior I can no longer recommend this establishment. Simple Tricare refill issue that was met with a very aggressive and hostile manner, I can’t imagine any facility talking to any customer in the manner I was met with today in front of other clients and staff over a simple Tricare billing issue.

As always Dr. Quesada is awesome. She cares so much for her patients. She's much more than just an optometrist. She goes above and beyond for her patients to find out what is wrong. Her office staff is always nice and pleasant. Love this office.

Above friendly and knowledgeable! From the moment you walk in, you feel like a friend and not just another pocketbook. The staff work in complete harmony. You can tell they love working here as much as they love helping you. The Dr and staff listen to what you have to say even if it has nothing to do with your appointment. I can be a Chatty Kathy. ? Wes and staff on the glasses side continue to be friendly and knowledgeable. They listen and recommend but NEVER pressure you. From personal experience I recommend Relief lenses to Progressive or Lined Bifocals. I am too young to look like a grandmother. ? Bottom line you won’t be misled or disappointed with Panama City Eye Care!

After 40 years wearing glasses this is the absolute BEST place we've ever encountered. Every single staff member is welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and caring. They all go the extra mile to make you feel cared for like family and if something is not to your liking with your glasses or if there are any issues at all they will make it right.
