After midnight every night one employee has the bathroom and the ding ding machines shut down all night long until the morning shift comes in. I thought the machines were apart of the Georgia lottery and not Parker's. Very unprofessional and I mean she needs to be fired.

The nastiest driest most expensive breakfast biscuit I ever ate in my entire life. I actually spit it out and did not finish it . Disgusting seriously. . Got it bc I was in a hurry but next time I’d rather starve . It’s disrespectful to serve food this poor of quality.

I’m from out of town and visited this store the evening of 5/22/24 around 830pm. The employee working was extremely rude and unfriendly. I made a mental note to never visit any Parker’s Kitchen stores in the future. I also let my friends that I was traveling with know to pick a different convenience store.

I just stopped by tonight. The card reader at the pump took several tries to work. Tap to pay did not work at all. I used to stop and get breakfast and a can of dip 2 or 3 days a week. Now I don't go here unless it's my last option. My experience is alot of the staff are rude. I hate the self checkout only that started last year. The food is still ok if it is fresh. I will continue to go next door.

I don't know what's going on with the breakfast food. I used to stop and get a chicken tender burrito every morning. They were nice and hot. For the past month and a half they have been cold and not very enjoyable anymore. Used to be my favorite thing to get in the mornings. I don't know if they got a new cook or what, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

This used to be a very good parkers to visit, but now not so much. I have a parkers loyalty card and now every time I go to get gas the pumps will not take my card. The employees keep saying it works you just have to know how to do it. Such as you have to put the card in and pull it out extremely quick. I tried this so many times it wasn't funny with no luck. I also know several other people with loyalty cards that have the same issue so it is not an issue with my card. It is a shame that a company such as Parkers cannot fix their own equipment. I do not have this issue at any other Parkers store. My card works just fine so I it appears this store just does not maintain their equipment or care about providing even common customer conveniences. In addition, this parkers has closed the drive thru which was extremely convenient for me. All of this leads me to the belief this Parkers is working towards forcing customers to come into the store so maybe they can get some add-on sales out of their customers. Not a very convenient convenience store if you ask me. And pay attention to the automated responses to reviews. This also shows very little true concern for their customers. EX: I out line exactly what the issue is and what needs to be corrected yet I am suppose to call them or email them to tell them what I just told them. Really isn't that the corporations job to look at reviews and take action? It shows even their corporate operations are lacking any real customer concern.
