I see Dr. Bataille in the Port St. John office. He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. I have several painful conditions due to a serious car accident, and I feel confident allowing Dr. Bataille to inject a needle in my neck, shoulder or knees. As much as I don't like it, they go out of their way to keep me calm. Yes, they work for a big corporation and occasionally they might be short staffed, but it is well worth any inconvenience to receive great health care. I highly recommend Dr. Bataille and his staff.

I made an appointment with Dr. Bataille for pain management. Unfortunately, in the past 12 years I've had the need, and have seen a few pain management doctors. I expected to have a drug screening done and have a prescription sent to my pharmacy, which is exactly the procedure at the other providers I've seen in the past.
I've had 5 neck surgeries and having back fusion surgery in a few weeks. Dr. Bataille, without having seen any of my CT scans or xrays, proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have my upcoming surgery! WHAT? He said I should see a rheumatologist first. I do have arthritis, but I also have degenerative disks and severe scoliosis. Then I'm informed that they do NOT do drug screening there, I will need to go to Quest Diagnostics to have a urine test, and it will be a week before he gets the results! He said there's no option, and I said yes there is, you can get the urine tests that provide you with the results immediately. His response was I don't run this place I just work here! Why would you NOT utilize a drug test that's so simple and provides immediate results so you can help your patients asap? Ridiculous!
I'm so sorry I wasted WEEKS waiting for the appointment to see him! The follow-up appointment should have been made for the next week, but when I got home, the appointment was made for 2 weeks out! Precious time when you're in horrible pain!
He is NOT an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon yet he thinks he knows better than my surgeon, having only talked with me for a few minutes? Really
The only reason I didn't go back to my previous pain mgmt. doctor was he is not in network because my insurance changed. Going out of network to see him and will get the medication I need the same day as my appointment!

Very pleased with doctors and staff. My concern is the cleanliness, when your waiting you have time to look. Very dirty for being a medical service. Podiatrist exam room - toenails laying all over , paper on chair had been changed where I was suppose to put my feet. Regular Dr office also dirty. Long black hair laying all over on the floor . Carpets need a good cleaning and vacuum. Just filthy to be having any medical treatments done.

I drive 2 hours to se Dr Besner- I am so grateful for his care and attention to all my health needs and to my husband as well. And the staff in the office is AMAZING! Melissa gets it all done and Dr Besner and Melissa B are an awesome team- on your side. As a doctor myself, I have been appalled by medical care available. I have been searching for years for doctor who cares and I have finally found a real DOCTOR! A hard find these days

This was a great place when I found it some years ago, but it is in decline. Very hard to see a doctor...my doctor left my apt to see him three months after last treatment was delayed another three months until I could get in to see his replacement. 6 months!!!! And getting refills on an expired prescription...when I started there it meant calling the nurse asking for a renewal. Pharmacy would call I would pick up now. call pharmacy wait, call back, they are waiting to hear from doctor, call Parrish, they say they never got it, call pharmacy, they have record of it being sent will send over order sgain...id this better...no, it is notParris

I sat in the waiting room for 55 mins because the lady at the front desk never checked me in, she was just sitting on her phone the whole time and talked about shoes with her co workers, while my daughter was screaming because it was taking so long and it’s an obgyn office so I couldn’t pee until I was called back. Horrible and I hope she gets fired.

Dr Weinman did not return several calls while on call. Her answering service did not give her the messages (Dr Weinman’s words) and when I tried to have a conversation with her to try and explain that I was in a lot of pain from cysts on my ovaries, she proceeded to tell me that the cysts were too small to cause pain and that she was not too concerned about her answering service failing her patients. She had the audacity to imply that her staff was not at fault. There was zero accountability for the fact that they also sent a request for an MRI without contrast which resulted in the MRI center sending me away and scratching their heads. Compassion and consideration is all I ask for. They are bullies and very rude. The sad thing is, no one know any different in the area. This would not fly in a larger city.
When I called to set up and establish myself as a new patient, it was never explained that I should sk for more time due to multiple issues. Dr Weinman was a martyr about having to spend more time with me to discuss possible remedies for my issues.
Her techs were rude, and discussed patients and their very private information in front of everyone. No privacy at all for patients being seen.

Dr. Caito was amazing during my pregnancy but after I had my son I was treated like I no longer matter by the office staff. They scheduled my 6 week appointment on a day that she is in surgery so I saw an on call doctor and was unable to discuss getting my tubes tied and one of the office girls said she would talk to Dr. Caito and call me to set up an appointment and never did so a week later I called to make an appointment and they couldn't even get me in until November 2nd. I am very disappointed by how I was treated.
