This review is for Dr. Reiner office located in the px. I’ve been to this clinic before and had a great experience, however my recent visit was not as pleasant. I had an appointment @11am so I arrived at 10:40/10:45 to make sure I could fill out any paperwork. Upon my arrival the receptionist informed me I was “really early” and I explained I was early to do any required paperwork. At 11:07 I inquired to see how far behind they were running since the patient before me was just grabbed. I was told that it would be about another 20mins. I then told the receptionist that I would need to cancel then (I had taken time off work for this appt and didn’t have extra time) . The receptionist then looked at her watch and rudely said “It’s only 11:07” which I understand, however she said it was going to be another 20mins which means they were running about 30mins behind. She could have simply offered to reschedule me for another date, yet that is how she chose to respond. I’ve never had an issue before with this clinic but I will definitely not be returning.
