Went to Paul's Optical without an appointment with a pair of prescription sunglasses that came apart and the lens fell out while I was walking back to my villa from the beach. I bought a repair kit but that did not work. Paul couldn't have been nicer; he not only made the repair, which took longer than he anticipated, he gave them back to me fixed, all screws tightened, and at no charge. Very much appreciated; I would have been miserable without those glasses. If I lived here, I'd buy my next pair of glasses from you, especially after seeing how you and your assistant treated the clients who came in. You have some great looking frames, as well!! I cannot thank you enough, you made my day.

Here on vacation, my husband broke his frames and of course he could not see. We called Paul’s to see if they could help, they said come on over we can try. Well, we had the pleasure of meeting Paul, he fixed the glasses and refused to charge us. Now days, it is hard to come across people like this and we feel very Blessed that Paul’s Optical was there to help

As a guest at HHI, I found myself in need of an eyeglass adjustment. After looking on Google for a place that was close and had five star review I found Paul's optical. And I'm so glad that I did. I walked in without an appointment and both Paul and his associate were very kind and addressed my needs quickly and without charge. Well I was waiting I watched Paul take special care of his normal client asking about how they were feeling and about their health. I would highly recommend this place if you have any type of optical needs.

I was on vacation and lost the the tiny screw in the temple and my glasses fell apart. Paul welcomed us, took a lot of time to repair and adjust my glasses, and refused any repair fee. Just a great independently owned optical shop!

Just wanted to let everyone know how great Paul's optical. They go the extra mile. I went there with my mother. They couldn't be any nicer and offered everything to make my mother happy. The order was completed a head of shedule. Great place. Also, there location is same parking area as Java Burrito.

Paul and his staff were wonderful! They took their time to help my 9 year old pick out his first pair of "big kid" glasses! They took their time and made sure the glasses fit perfectly and that son and mom were happy! Also, we got there a bit late and they looked closed, but Paul let us in and took care of us! Over and beyond on customer service! Thank-you Paul's Optical you made our day!
