I love working with this pharmacy. They are very thorough and are extremely up to date with most any specialty medication is your doctor is sending in a compound. I had a terrible experience with this compounding pharmacy. They charged me over $500 for medication and shipped it without first telling me the expected cost. When the charge came through and I called to dispute it, they were shockingly offensive and inappropriate-- the pharmacist even told me that I should "manage my finances better for big purchases" and "make better decisions with my money." I don't think I've ever had a customer service experience like that, where it was so awful I was stunned into silence by how rude they were. I never authorized the transaction, and yet they processed it anyway and refused to issue a refund. I would strongly advise others to avoid this compounding pharmacy if at all possible.

I had a frustrating experience at Pavilion Pharmacy with a staff member named Wanda. Wanda questioned me 3 times that I had spoken to Pavilion twice within the week about a refill issue. When I informed her that my prescription had been filled on a specific date, she questioned my information again as if I were lying and insisted it was not her problem and she didn't have any refill, directing me to contact my doctor's office. After confirming with my doctor that they had indeed sent the prescription as I mentioned on the date I mentioned, I called Pavilion again as instructed by my doctor's office to confirm shipping. Although I did not want to I did and Wanda answered, interrupted me before I could finish explaining, and put me on hold. When she returned, she asked if my address was correct and told me it'd be shipped. Then today I received another call from Pavilion asking me to confirm a refill. The entire experience shouldn't be this confusing and left me feeling dismissed and undervalued. Being respectful and kind is free!!! If you don't value your job then give it to someone who will.
