While shopping there I clearly overheard the owner, a relative or employee, and a customer all chatting at length over the display counter about a variety of xenophobic topics, before discussing South Asian people with derogatory slurs. Also there's a framed photograph of Trump hanging on the wall behind the counter, not for sale, but as decor.

Don't spend your money at racist shops. There are other pawn stores elsewhere.

I went in to sell and the oldest gentleman there butted into me and another workers conversation by repeatedly saying no over and over at his coworker with whom I was speaking. I found this to be extremely rude , mind you this was in front of another customer with whom the oldest gentleman was speaking to . It kind of embarrassed me and offended me . I could care less they didn't want to buy it but he didn't have speak to me like that when I wasnt even talking to him

Have been going to Pawn Plus now for several years. After an incident at another (more prominent Pawn Shop in St Joe), I was told I was not welcome there, because I was having a private conversation with my wife, and the sales staff did not like it.

I left that place, went to Pawn Plus. From the moment we walked in, (forgive me I can not remember his name!!) the old man behind the counter, was friendly, assisted in what I wanted, we way above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and probably over paid me for my pawn items. We had every intention of returning to claim them. And we did. And have pawned the same items numerous time since.

All of the staff is friendly, and just awesome. My only complaint ever about Pawn Plus, was their facility was too small. They have corrected that now. What an improvement at their new spot.

Fantastic place to do all your FFL transactions. I order a number of things from gunbroker and everything is handled by them. Fantastic service. I would never have anyone else handle my transfer and ordering because they are fast, accurate and provide me with information as the shipping process is happening. Why go anywhere else?

Best Pawn shop in St. Joseph & surrounding areas, by far!! Absolute best prices, & always work with you & try to help even if on limited budget! I'd give 10 out of 5 stars! Employees are exceptional at what they do!! Its the only shop I'll EVER use!

this is the only pawn shop I go to, they don't always take everything but they are fair and the staff is nice, and you usually don't have to wait if you do it's not very long

I understand that this place is a business and they have to make money. That being said, I know the retail value of the things I am trying to get rid of. I also know what a fair asking price is. I also ALSO know when I am about to be ripped off. Don't go here looking for reasonable offers. You'll be disappointed.
