OMG! The center was amazing! The intake manager got me in quickly after assisting me sign in. The doctors, Cynthia and Xena were fantastic. They were caring and took excellent care of me. I hadn’t fell well after having a sinus infection in over 2 weeks. Within 12 hours of visiting the care center, I am feeling much better. I’m so grateful they took such great care of me. If I could give 10 stars I would. The kindness, understanding and care were outstanding. Thank you. 💜

From the moment we checked in, it was a great experience. Not only did they help with the ease of checking in, they also let us see a provider before we even registered to make sure that they could provide the care that we would need. The nursing staff was incredible and our provider was such an encouragement and took her time with us.

My only negative was the wail was very long. 1.5 after my appointment. But the people was very nice and understanding. Service after i got in the room was fantastic. I felt better that night a got peaceful sleep that i need. Cvs filled my prescription that the lady forward to them. Over all i would return.

Everything about my experience was easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient. The medical staff listened to all my symptoms and went over all the possibilities and ways to treat. I felt seen and not just a report of vitals and test results. It didn’t stop when I left. They have since followed up with a phone call and a text. My only complaint isn’t really a complaint against them, it’s their location. It’d be awesome if they could open an office in Jackson where there are very limited options for healthcare on nights and weekends.
