So I would have just given this place 4 stars if the staff wasn’t so pleasant. I did have to wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen, BUT the nurse and doctor were so amazing and efficient and kind, it went back up to 5 stars. The place is nice. Again, the nurse and doctor were probably the nicest medical professionals I’ve gone to. This is a good place to practice patience but the doctor was amazing and made the wait worth it. The receptionist was really nice too!

The receptionist could be more pleasant. Her facial expression says she doesn't want to be bothered.
However, the provider Chris and the MA were gracious and showed immense empathy. For that alone I will definitely return and hence the 5 stars.

Seriously kind staff was amazingly nice and patient despite an insurance verification issue that they took a moment to resolve. Got the stitches I needed and got home despite running past 8PM. So much gratitude for great admin staff and providers. These young people were on point and personable. Cannot recommend enough ❤️.

I think this place is horribly understaffed. We made an appointment online, filled out the paperwork beforehand, and we still waited 30 minutes in the waiting room. We were getting tested for covid after an at home test came back positive. The front desk lady was coughing the entire time and kept pulling down her mask to speak with us. The person who took us back was wearing no PPE at all, did not take ANY medical history, and could have had an improvement in bedside manner. There was no communication between the front desk and the back and we were admonished for not stating we had a positive home test result, even though we told the front desk person and put it on the paperwork. Which we ended up having to fill out twice because of a computer error. We waited in the room for around an hour to be seen by someone. However, when we finally did get seen by the PA - Clark. She was amazing, was funny and nice. She got us out in minutes after she came back. And was decked in PPE to tell us we did have Covid. She sent our prescription off and a note for work. And we were on our merry way.

I appreciate that the availability of this service exists. Getting in to see your doctor whenever there is an onset of an issue, is very unlikely. The wait time for an unscheduled office visit could be 3-5 days out, and that's short of a miracle. Whatever illness you're experiencing, in 3-5 days could become something more serious, if not already.

I had an appointment at your Tucker location. Did it on line. When I pulled up to the store there was a sign saying the store was closed for the day. So I drove to Decatur location and had to wait an hour because I did not have an appointment. The entire Decatur staff was great but you need to fix your online service if a store is closed
