From check in to check out was absolutely above my expectations. The young lady that checked my vitals and went over my chart was incredible. She was very patient oriented, you can tell she cared about her patients. The NP was also very caring and listened to my concerns. On the way out the receptionist also acknowledged and wished me better. This establishment is the best I've been seen at and the staff is the absolute best. I rate this urgent care center a 10.

My experience at your particular location was absolutely great!!!! From the first point of contact, Ms. Allen at the front desk, to those in the back who cared for my daughter. Even the assistant who saw how nervous and scared my daughter was made her feel so safe and comfortable. What beautiful bed side manners. Thank you for making her experience a good one. God bless!

I really appreciate Peachtree Immediate Care. I have been to two locations and the Doctors, Nurses and everyone there are all very knowledgeable and very caring. I didn’t have to wait long since there is an option to make an appointment, and I was called back soon after arriving. They are able to do x-rays and labs which are very important since you can avoid in most cases needing to go to the ER at the hospital. The whole process is much shorter, and I have been very happy with the care I have received. I am very grateful to have found Peachtree Immediate Care!

Absolutely amazing experience. My nana who was visiting from out of state had an ear ache and we needed to get her seen. We was unsure about her insurance and if she will be covered vs paying out of picked. (I can’t remember names) but the young lady at the front desk was so helpful in clinic and even over the phone. She got nana squared away the all female team was amazing from the NP to the medical assistant. It was a very pleasant quick visit! I will always visit this location. 💕

Highly recommend! I came in on Tuesday around 9am. When I called ahead the system told me there was 7 people ahead of me so I just knew I was going to be there for like 4-5 hours. WRONG! From the receptionist to the LPN (maybe doctor), everyone was sweet and very attentive to my needs! Including waiting to be called back the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. This is definitely my preferred place of choice for medical care now

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the service was absolutely 5 stars. A special shoutout to the front desk receptionist—she truly made the experience unforgettable with her kindness and professionalism.
