We were traveling when my husband became ill. Stopped here and the staff was very professional, kind and caring. After some IV antibiotics we were given a prescription and sent away with clear instructions of things to watch for. A scarey situation far from home but everyone was helpful.

This hospital is sending insurance claims to the wrong address. I tried to call to correct this issue but couldn't get anyone to answer. Please check with your insurance carriers to confirm they received the claim before you pay any bill.

This place should not even be called a hospital.
I seen firsthand how this place is after my brother was admitted there on Monday
There is absolutely no excuse for a patient to be in a soaking wet diaper for hours. I was there
I know
He was soaked and I ask them please come change him
That was at 12 and it was after 3 pm before they made the time to come down to change him
This is just one thing
His machines constantly beeping and they ignore it
And they only had 3 patients on this floor
Numerous nurses and cna’s
No excuse

TERRIBLE STAFF!
My grandma just had a stroke they take forever to get any kind of results back
She was transported to dyersburg where they are taking phenomenal care of her fast and efficient!
The workers at Hayti hospital are just disrespectful they had a problem with me and other family wanting to visit her on her potential DEATH BED!!!!
The hospital needs to be shut down ASAP!
Your chances living there are next to none!

Horrible experience. Most of staff was nice. Some of staff were just clueless. I was there in ER for 12 hours and could only get two 8 ounce waters.
The doctor would show up every few hours and not really give me info on the 3 blood sample they took or the 3 brain and heat scans.
At the end of the day they discharged me against my will while not being able to see or walk more than 4 steps. The doc just said he had no idea what was causing all this.
No Uber in the area and I needed to get back to my semi truck just one mile away. Finally one of the staff offered to drive me for $30 bucks. Run down hospital with less than qualified doctor and staff.

While they do offer handicapped parking they are not a handicapped friendly facility. They are in need of some radical improvements inside and outside of the facility.

How is it that a person was scheduled for a follow up visit after surgery and the doctors and assistants don't even know why you are there?

I absolutely hate that I have to associate with this Hospital during my work schedules. You would think this being 2023 and every other Hospital in the surrounding areas has public Wi-Fi access but no not this Hospital don't even have a phone service. I have to leave my patient to go outside to make phone calls or send text messages updating my employer of what's going on. Can the administrator please give access to the public so that they may multitask during their job too.

We were traveling back home to Lafayette, IN., when my wife fell at the Pilot Stop on September 13, 2021, around 10:00 PM. The Pilot Manager offered to call us an ambulance. We decided to drive to the hospital ourselves. Upon arriving at the hospital I went inside to ask for assistance due to the fact we thought she may have broken her arm. The two young ladies looked at me and flat out ignored me and continued their conversation. Then the young lady on the left started texting on her phone. I finally said that we needed some help. She said that she would get someone to get us a wheelchair. She DIDN’T call someone for another two minutes. Needless to say that I was passed livid. The young man that came out was nothing short of first class!! He was kind, understanding, and showed us empathy. After he asked my wife a few questions, he sent us to the urgent care center if the hospital. Upon arriving, there was no one at the desk. However, we did hear a lot of laughing and joking in a room down the hall. As I approached the room, a young lady with long dark hair finally came out of the room with a scowl on her face. As she approached us she rudely said, not ask, what do we want. She was so rude, unprofessional, and downright mean. We’ve been treated better at a fast food register attendant or a toll booth attendant. She would not even look at us while we were exchanging paperwork!!!! Then when another lady came in to wheel my wife to another area would not even speak to us. Then we had a nurse named Linda came in. She was the best!!! Linda truly cared about my wife and her condition. Linda ordered X-rays. The X-ray technician came in and she was just as wonderful as the young man that wheeled my wife into the hospital and Linda was. Some of the staff working there definitely need classes on how to treat patients, quit, or be terminated.
