I Moved to Sebring 2 years ago and I can say without hesitation the best chiropractor practice I have ever been to. Both Dr’s and their fabulous staff make you feel like family and I continue to refer everyone looking for a holistic approach to pain management to give them a try. My “pain/injury” story is one that has led me to many medical procedures over the past years and I can say without doubt my pain level has went from a 10+ scale to typically a level 2-3 due to the Pepper chiropractic care!!!

I called the office with a unique request and the office was very accommodating. Dr. Pepper, and the staff are very professional, kind, caring, and fun to talk with. The energy that surrounds this office is elevating. Dr. Pepper listened to my concerns and was able to get right to the issue on the first visit with amazing results.
His acupuncture/chiropractic techniques display his knowledge. The rooms are very comfortable, relaxing and clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any of the modalities the office has.

I didn't grow up with a chiropractor, but as I've gotten older, it is like the pressure of a massage can sometimes seem light to relieve muscle aches and tension. Dr. Pepper uses a tool that provides that pressure, and I feel better with treatments. He also helped me with a scan to see how my feet were needing support for better comfort when walking and for balance. He is very skilled and the staff is all welcoming and friendly.

Dr. John Pepper and his staff are so friendly and professional. I brought my two-year old little boy to this office when he developed stiffness in his neck. Dr. John was so gentle in his approach and took the time to talk to my son about each step of the treatment, using child-friendly language and demonstrating what he was going to do so my little guy was comfortable. We were given coloring pages while we waited and stickers when we left! Best of all, after a few treatment sessions, the mobility in my son’s neck was totally restored. I highly recommend Pepper Natural Health & Wellness - especially if you are looking for a family-friendly office!
