Staff absolutely professional caring and timely rented a hospital bed quality was excellent special mention Barbara was able to coordinate the logistics of everything to make the delivery and pickup of bed timely all staff that answered phone courteous and knowledgeable I can say I was truly satisfied with everything PETSCH staff did the drivers delivery and pickup very kind and pleasant thank you all will certainly recommend to all my neighbors and family

Got a nose piece and it's in a ziplock bag not sanatized. They keep giving the wrong filters too. I told her it had two filters to it a d needed the disposable one. Gave me the wrong one. grr

Horrible customer service purchased a power cord for a cpap last Friday. The power cord last Friday because mine was damaged in the hurricane. The new one doesn’t work and they won’t let me return it. So 100& threw out the window. Will never return here again

If you are self pay, let the buyer beware! I purchased a full face mask from Petsch. Namely, a Siesta Full Face Mask Fitpack which came in a sealed package. I was then charged for the kit which had everything needed, plus additional charges for a headgear and cushion. The additional costs were $90 compared to the fit pack which was $75. Checking with another reseller, they confirmed the fitpack contained all components required and was $79. While I did get back in operation with Petsch, I was double charged. After asking about the charges, it was basically the way they charge $165 to insurance companies. Live and learn.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one there is trained and they are very unprofessional. They don’t know what they did with prescriptions. I have Chronic sleep apnea and I have been waiting 3 years for a machine. I done everything over and they still get everything wrong. This is the worse company I have ever experienced. Everyone says something different and they are rude. I am reporting them to the BBB and whatever medical leadership I can find. Unacceptable!!!!

After four years I am finally free from the madness of dealing with this company. Today I asked my Doctor to set me up with another company. Because they are a family business and locally owned I thought this would be a great company to get my CPAP supplies. WRONG! They are not familiar with the MediCare replacement schedule for for CPAP supplies. I have had to take the schedule to them more than once in my time dealing with them. I have also had to request ResMed provide me with the part numbers so they could get what I need. They will nor ship or deliver CPAP supplies and they will not let you get more than one item at a time, even if you will be out of town when you re due next months supplies. I was told once that for $10 they would ship a three month supply. When I had a knee replacement scheduled I attempted to set this up with them but they refused to do it for me, the reason for the request was deemed inappropriate. Seventeen times in the 47 months I have used them, I have been asked to write a future date on the receipt for my supplies, some as far as two weeks into the future, some dates were on Saturday and Sunday when they are closed. The final straw for me was my experience last week. The elasticity in my mask strap was gone, the Velcro would not stay attached, making a good night's sleep impossible. I was within two weeks of the six months time for headgear replacement. The clerk at the desk said I had two options, pay $35 for a new strap or wait until the following month. Neither is acceptable, and after calling MediCare DME (durable medical equipment), I was told that the headgear should have been replaced at no cost because it was no longer serviceable. This is something that the staff at Petsch do not seem to comprehend. Anyway, I am done with the incompetence of Petsch. I am switching to Southeastern Medical Supply, who will provide me with three months of supplies at a time, that will actually be delivered to me. I will no longer have to drive to Petsch and plead my case to get my supplies and I will no longer be told to forge a date on a form.

The company is amazing. They will work with you and take care of your needs. I highly recommend paying out of pocket versus insurance with certain items. Definitely Ask! The whole staff are kind, friendly and professional. Always support local businesses! Thank you Petsch for working with me.

I just got off the phone with Brenda Stafford and after reading some of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to post my experience. I have been using a Cpap for 6 months and I have had many questions. I have needed monthly replacement consumables such as filters, nasal cushions, hoses, etc. I have had questions about prices and billing. I have probably had conversations with at least 10 of their 25 employees. Never has anyone there ever been rude or anything less than warm, friendly, compassionate and very helpful. A special thank you to Brenda, Barbara, Carson, Jennifer, Heather and Amy. These fine people are the names that I can remember as there had been others. You will bever be able to make everyone happy, but I am certain that they will do everything they can to help you.
