I had a great experience at Phoebe Urgent Care. The staff was quick, professional, and made me feel cared for throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. Most importantly, they helped me get better, and I’m very grateful for their excellent care.

My only minor complaint was that the TV in the lobby was a bit too loud for my taste, but it didn’t take away from the exceptional service.

Terrible experience!
The receptionists were great, definitely not complaining about them. The triage nurse was absolutely terrible! She was so rude and treated me like a number instead of a person. If you don’t like people then don’t work with people!!
After waiting 2 hrs I finally left. It’s so sad what this world is coming to. Zero customer service these days. Remember this is how y’all get paid! Wouldn’t hurt to be nice and have empathy for the patients you vowed to care for.

The experience I had during my mom recent visit was profoundly disappointing, particularly regarding the conduct of the nurse practitioner. I have serious reservations about their qualifications. There were four individuals present during my visit, and it was evident that every person who entered the room was subjected merely to a scale measurement and vital signs assessment. The nurse practitioner, or the individual I assume held that position, proceeded to direct patients to the emergency room without any physical examination or comprehensive evaluation.

I believe it is imperative to address this situation formally, as charging individuals for such minimal care raises ethical concerns. It seems inappropriate to recommend emergency care during a holiday period when many patients may be struggling financially, potentially leading to unnecessary medical bills.

Furthermore, it appeared that this urgency to conclude the day's responsibilities was prioritizing the provider's convenience over the needs of the patients. I urge the organization to consider the implications of sending patients to emergency services when alternative care could suffice. It is essential to empathize with patients, recognizing that the recommendation for urgent care can result in multiple bills—one for the urgent care visit and another for the emergency room visit. This practice is not justifiable when considering the financial burdens faced by many individuals seeking care.

If you are just looking to get yourself tested for things, this place is probably OK. If you want answers and treatment you will want to look somewhere else. They recommend a cough suppressant while worried about potential pneumonia. My previous doctors have always warned against that since coughing keep the mucus out. They also recommend a chest x-ray because of my symptoms. My lungs sounded good. They couldn't even give me a ball park figure of cost. Testing is all they do. Not sure they actually treat anything. They were polite. I will not be going back and would have been better off just staying home.

Took my daughter here for a persistent cough. The lobby was getting full but check in was easy and fast. Didn't have to wait too long. We were in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Staff was very friendly to my 5 year old son while he was sick. Super fast service and nurse practitioner Lucretia Williams was great and followed up with us the next day. Great bedside manager. Highly recommend

I have been attending this urgent care for 3 years now and three years ago it was absolutely amazing. Now the customer service is terrible excluding the receptionist and maybe two nurse practitioners. Everyone else in between shows very little compassion or concern for your health. I was told today I was given a test because “that’s what’s going around”, contrary to my symptoms. If my mom had not advocated for me, I wouldn’t have gotten tested for all possible illnesses. If you want to get in and get out come to this urgent care. If you need to be throughly checked on, please safe yourself the time and effort and go to any other urgent care.

Always a positive experience here! This clinic is always clean. All the staff members, including the receptionists, nurses, and providers I have had contact with, have been professional, yet friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back into an exam room. I feel that they are genuine and sincerely care about resolving my health issues. The plan of action has always been clearly explained and referrals given if needed. Except for routine care, I choose to seek medical care at this clinic.
