We had a great experience w Dr. Duke for a small sports injury. Kind and communicative. Nice, new facility and friendly staff. We were in and out quickly. This will be our go-to for simple de visits and urgent care!

Independently/physician owned, so not bound by a healthcare giant to dictate policy, pricing and processes. Yes, he does take insurance and is reasonably priced.

fine for an urgent care, but be warethis is a business, not a healthcare institution. they care more about money than about the real impact their care has on humans wellbeing. If you are actually sick and don’t know exactly what care you need to advocate for, I would not recommend being seen by this facility.

The wait time was quick, less than ten minutes with an appt. I was seen for under 6 minutes for my flu symptoms by a nurse practitioner. She was not thorough in understanding or listening to my symptoms and issues and history and quickly told me she would prescribe me a medicine to alleviate symptoms. A few days later I’m not feeling better and in many ways doing worse and it turns out there were two prescriptions and she had misspoken and the pharmacy only had one medicine. I did independent research to find that it was too late to take that medicine, although the front desk at first encouraged me to take it now and then after I shared my own research, the front desk talked to the nurse and said never mind. What was most frustrating is when I was sharing my issues with the facility with the person at the front desk she clearly did not listen and even cut me off at one point and kept it moving. there was no apology, I’m assuming because of fear of liability. This was a beyond negative experience that I have to bear the consequences of. they have lost my trust. I recommend having researched ahead of time to advocate for yourself.

Have been going here from 2020, this clinic is really good and can help with urgent sickness my family has gone there for few things and we were always happy with the nurse practitioner and staff

I was blown away by the quick, efficient, friendly, professional care here! I have BCBS Pathway X insurance (not everyone takes it) and they accept it! This is my new go-to for urgent care.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been too. The staff and doctors are so friendly and it is so efficient. They had me in and out in 15 min. I cannot recommend them enough!

We visit the clinic at 5 pm due to a cut on the finger.
Happy to get admitted and treated within no time. Just paid co-pay of 35$, covered by my insurance. Came for follow up couple of days later for cleanup and took great care.

The facility was clean, and check in was quick and easy. I was taken into a room immediately after I finished checking in, and the NP, Emily, came in the room quickly afterwards. She listened to my concerns, examined me, and provided me with prescriptions, which helped me feel better quickly. I was in and out of the facility in about 20/25 mins- can’t beat that.
