I had an appointment today at Physicians Regional at Founders Square. This is a little over 30- minute drive from my home. I arrived to find that there was no electricity in the building. I understand that this is not their fault, but employees were in there and when I asked why someone didn't call or text me saying that I wouldn't have an appointment today I was told "We don't have any electricity."
Whenever we have had a power outage I still have been able to make phone calls.
So I drove a total of 60 plus minutes today to see no doctor and get no logical explanation as to why I was not notified ahead of time. I don't know, does this seem right to you?

Been trying to get a colonoscopy scheduled for 2 months. Not 1 phone call back. I have called at least 7 times to get it scheduled. All they say is someone from scheduling will call me back. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Veterans should not and should avoid using this medical offices for service. I was referred to one of their offices for urology under Dr. Benjamin Storey and there offices provide the wrong address. When I attempted to call them for the correct address no one pick up the phone and arrived 20 mins late.

Receptionist was very rude and refused to reschedule or provide office note to be reimbursed for travel.

Worst ever to book a doctor’s appointment. Last year, i have scheduled to this Internist doctor, when i came in the dr’s office the receptionist told me that the doctor is leaving the practice in physician regional so she said if i want to have this other doctor, well since i don’t want to waste my time since i was there. So okay!... Feb 2021 i booked my appointment with this primary doctor, and i have to wait for “1MONTH and a HALF”to be on her schedule, so i patiently waited! Then guess what they just cancelled my appointment yesterday, which is my appointment supposed to be today! Are you really serious?! You have “1month and a half” to cancel my schedule, and you pick yesterday to cancelled it. Oh thank you very much for wasting my time!! Next time pls be mindful with others time!!!?

I have been admitted to this hosp. several times. Each time the Dr.s and nurses have been wonderful; my well being at the top of their lists. However, the PCT's (most all of them) need to find a new profession. This, obviously, is NOT one they enjoy doing.

I loved the many choices given for any one meal and the fact that you can have the lunch menu at dinner time was over the top.

If something was forgotten on your tray, the kitchen staff would gladly go get it for you. No asked!!!

I went to the emergency room with what is probably bursitis in my shoulder. I had a pain level of 9 out of 10. We were there for 3 hours and NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. I asked about an MRI since that was what was done the last time I had bursitis. The doctor was very non-committal and said that I probably wouldn't want to wait the time it would take for the MRI. My guess is that there wasn't anyone in the hospital to read the MRI. When I asked about a cortisone injection, his comment was "I don't know how to do that." Are you kidding me?! They will only call an orthopedic surgeon in if there is a broken bone. So he gave me a prescription for 2 days of pain meds and told me that when I ran out to go back to a walk-in clinic to get a new prescription. I had an MRI scheduled for 5 days out and an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon almost 3 weeks out. That's an awful lot of trips to walk-in clinics! I am appalled that with a community of older adults playing golf, tennis, pickle ball, etc. that an ER can't treat a simple orthopedic problem. I would hate to trust my life to that group of medical lightweights.

My experience could not have been better! I arrived Saturday around 10am with head & lung issues from a probable upper respiratory infection. Every person from the receptionist to the Physician Assistant were friendly, personable & professional. The Nurse, Felix and the PA, Nicole, quickly diagnosed my infection, provided me with prescriptions and we were out of the building within 45 minutes.
