I was released from no longer needing oxygen in July . Pickens Medical said they never got the release from the Dr ., however the Dr said it was sent , twice ! Here it is end of September, my oxygen is still not picked up , Rotech keeps billing me , , I’m sure they are billing my Medicare Advantage as well , My next step is to report this as fraud !! Never ever consider Pickens Medical Supply or Rotech , their business must be hurting to not pick-up equipment and to continually charge senior citizens for services not provided. Forget there suggestions to email or call about your concerns , it is useless ! I repeat never , ever use these businesses! We would take it back ourselves but we are not physically able to lift the equipment .

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It has been almost two months and multiple phone calls with them telling me different things. Same song and dance as the previous comments on Yelp. My insurance company tried to call them, and they said they were waiting on my doctor's office to fax over what they needed, but that had been faxed over and confirmed by them that they had it. The last conversation I had with them they verified they had submitted my order to BCBS. But the insurance agent stated this was not true. Here it is back to the same conversation, they are waiting on my doctor's office. This issue has been addressed several times with them eventually looking back and finding what they needed. I am dumbfounded at how inept this company is. I am asking my doctor to send my order to another company. I will NEVER use this company, and I will warn everyone to stay away.

What a horrible place to treat there customers like they are nothing. Lady to my mom to shut up and not interrupt her but she was the rude one because my mom was trying to explain what was going on but the lady wasn’t having it. The oxygen machine is not working still and told my mom that’s the best she can do. It is running at 2DLM on max but my mom need 3 DL to feel and breathe ok. Shame on you people!

Been in queue for over 25 minutes to get three 02 tanks replaced, my wife is on a 02 generator 24X7 using the tanks for trips to doc or if power fails at our house. For a company supposedly providing critical care for patients this is unacceptable. Her 02 generator does not have a battery backup so I guess I'm going to buy a 1.5 to 2 KVA UPS as their 02 generator is a power mongrel.

I would rate this company as a minus 5 if Google allowed negative ratings!!

Went in a month ago to order a replacement CPAP. I was told it would take a week for paperwork and a week to get machine in. Still have not gotten it. Ive been by twice and they assured me they would check on it and return my call. Never happened. Called today and they told me it appears to be in insurance approval and for me to be more patient. Asked for manager and, of course, they are not there. I would give them a zero on customer care if google system would allow it.

This place has horrible customer service. I have oxygen equipment that was supposed to be picked up on Thursday, the 23rd. They never showed up or called. When I called today, the 31st, was told I would either have to bring it in myself or wait another week. There must be another supplier in the Atlanta area with better service. If you need oxygen equipment I suggest you find another supplier.

I don't have power at this time so I can't use the concentrater so I'm using tanks. They said I was using too many so they brought me a larger tank so I wouldn't run out over the weekend, told me it was good for 72 hours 3 days, it lasted about 18 hours. On top of that they took half of my smaller ones so they actually left me with less oxygen then I had in the smaller tanks. I called the company and told them what had happened Saturday evening now it's Sunday afternoon and I've heard from no one and running out of oxygen. I had even offered to pay more money for the extra tanks.

The hospital said they sent an order to them, but they didn't. They were closed since it was MLK day. They answered the phones, tried to contact the hospital. When the hospital finally sent the order, Pickens Medical Supply was able to fill the order very fast and helped us out when their office was closed. This is customer service! Very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.
