I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jessica!!! She was so sweet, thorough, and thoughtful with my 3 yo son! We got in and out even on a holiday weekend. She took the time to really listen and address everything that we needed. So grateful to have met her and for her to have seen my son! Would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an urgent care!!!! Only complaint would be the phone line says they're closed when they're in fact open and my pharmacy needed to get back in touch with her.

Melody is by far my favorite NP at Walgreens. Our whole family has been using Walgreens when our doctors office is closed or when they could not get us in for more years than I can count (14+ at least). The main reason we continue to use Walgreens quick care is Melody! We would follow her anywhere. She is so kind and considerate. She listens intently to really get to the problem and truly cares about her patients. A big plus for our family is how great she is with our non verbal son with autism. Her calm demeanor and bright smile put him at ease every time. If you need a place for medical care for you or your family look no further than right here. I know you will love Melody as much as our family does.

I have used this location multiple times, wonderful place! I had the privilege of seeing Ms. Melody W. What an awesome np she was, very kind and courteous. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them all. Definitely would recommend going there.

I was scheduled to come in 72 hours after my tb test injection. They closed on me, and I needed it read by a certain time. I didn't get a call or a warning stating I need to reschedule! I tried to call them and even reached the "on-call" provider, but no one pick up. I didn't get any answers!! So unprofessional!

If you have insurance, it's cheaper to see your doctor now. Before it was Piedmont, the cost was around 80$ for a visit (strep throat child). Since Piedmont took over, the same visit costed me $215.00 !!!!! I would have driven to the Pediatrician, it was NOT an after hours appt. I just did it because it was only strep and really just needed a swab and the pediatrician is further away. I will drive the extra 10 mins next time.

The lady was rude and dismissive to my wife and son. Instead of looking at him for a minute she was more concerned with telling them to leave and get an X-ray. I’ll take him to another place and when it ends up being an infection like we expect I’ll go by and express my displeasure.

The nurse here is great.However,blue cross blue shield excluded all "quick clinics"as of 2016 ,including this one, from their policy.Meaning they won't cover your visit here.I didn't know that because they covered it in the past,and now I have to pay over 800 dollars for 2 visits out of pocket.I hope blue cross changes its policy's as this clinic is so convenient.I also wish the clinic was able to let me know upfront that my visits wouldn't be covered, as they told me it was only 25 dollars .Then I got an insurance statement denying my claims.

phone system has been broken for months and can't book online for some reason. Highly suggest finding another place besides Piedmont QuickCare since they refuse to fix their systems.
