Excelente lugar, aquí puedes realizar tu prueba del COVID por cero costo, sin hacer cita y no hay tanta gente, el resultado te lo envían en 5 días a tu email, es súper confiable, tienen todas las medidas de higiene y seguridad, el horario es de 9am a 3pm para realizar tu prueba, hablan inglés y español, tienes que entrar a la farmacia registrarte en una planilla y esperar tu turno. ? x ? recomendado Nota: todas las farmacias deberían hacer lo mismo en estos tiempos de pandemia ? los lugares de prueba públicos están colápsalos

It is really a pleasure shopping at the Pill Box! Steve the pharmacist and Ivette the person who knows so much about vitamins and if she does not have it, she will get it for you. Their prices are also very reasonable.
If you’re in a rush or even if you’re not, Steve will have your Rx ready in less than 5 minutes!
The rest of the staff are just as nice!
If you live in the area or even if you don’t, you should stop by, and when you do, you will definitely be telling yourself “now why haven’t I ever been here before”♥️♥️♥️♥️?

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I needed a wheelchair when my wife got out of the hospital. Eric had one called Feather Lite that was so light that I can fold it and put it in the car with one hand. Going back for a rollator too. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!

The Pill Box Pharmacy and Medical Supply was recommended to us by a staff member at Cleveland Clinic and we really appreciated the informative and helpful service we received when we arrived. It was very close by car from Cleveland Clinic. We found the items we were looking for and had the right guidance from the knowledgable staff. Should w need any other medical supplies in the future we would return here. They were very patient with my elderly mom and that helped make the experience excellent.

The best customer service around. Definitely a neighborhood feel, and they are efficient. When you call them, they answer & are helpful. I will never forget how kind they were about figuring out a breast pump rental- and even saved me the hassle of getting it all the way back to another location when I was freshly postpartum. I’ve been meaning to write this review for years. If they don’t have what you need, they help you find a solution. I purchase things from them instead of Amazon, because of this customer service. Such a gem in our community.
