My worse experience at this pharmacy. So it was the day of the last hurricane. The hospital has wrote some pain medication for my wife and asked me to pick up before 2pm. Since the pharmacy was going to be close by 2pm. I got there at about 12:30pm handed the script to the lady. Immediately she saw the medication, she told me there are not accepting new patients. I was confused, tried explaining the hospital didn't have any and this the last option. She asked me if I have ever bought from the pharmacy before, I said no. She told me she was sorry, she can't help. This is how people lose love ones in America because those that are paid to do their job, turns to profile people they hate. Luckily after driving around for 2 hours, no other pharmacy open, I came back to this same pharmacy at about 2:15pm. This time the witch or racist lady was not at the window. A young man with India ? origin helped me.

This was my first time here, the pharmacist was VERY nice, attentive and attending, answering all of the questions for the customer in front of me with care and dignity, with no judgements held.(as it should be.) however, when I was next to the counter, the “cashier lady?” seemed to be in a bad mood that day as she was very rude, to the customer in front of me, and especially to me, the customer behind.

I got my flu shot and the staff was very friendly. It didn't take long before pharmacist called me in and gave me the shot. Would recommend as it didn't take very long from beginning to end.

This is for the location on Spring Hill Drive near Mariner Blvd. The Pharmacist is AWESOME, he gives tremendous personal attention. My doctor sometimes prescribes a medication that is terribly expensive -- THIS WONDERFUL PHARMACIST is able to use the ingredients and create a 'compounded' medication for half the price. The staff is efficient and accommodating. I am so happy to have this pharmacy as a resource.

A/K/A T. Neukam, I had a prescription for blood thinners for my blood clots, that was written out to me upon my departure from the ICU at TGH,Brooksville, I live in citrus county, I took the script to my regular pharmacy to get it filled, long story short, couldn't fill it, blah blah blah, TGH got in touch with pine brook pharmacy on Cortez Blvd, and thank God they were able to get it for me asap.. so, thank you all so much for stepping up and doing a great job!!! Recommend these people here very highly
