Have been with Pine Brook Pharmacy on Spring Hill Drive for TEN YEARS and never had any problems until about 6-8 months ago. Prior to 6 months ago, all of the same staff was always friendly and always helpful. They always got our orders correct every time. They handled everything for us from contacting the doctors, getting refills, contacting us with any drug interactions, etc etc etc. They always filled all of our prescription on the same day every single month so that we didn't need to be called or come in multiple times thru out the month.

About 6 months ago, ALL of the staff we had for 10 years disappeared. We have no idea what happened or where they all went. We have had nothing but problems. Half the time they can not fill our scripts (that we have been getting from them for TEN YEARS) and claim that their "supplier" refuses to carry our name brand drugs. The other times we pick up our scripts only to find out 2 or 3 of them are missing. I am assuming that 6 months ago they also switch drug suppliers. They call us dozens of times thru put the month to pick up prescription because they cant get them all filled on the same day. Now they want to send us to CVS to go get the drugs that they cant get.

IF I WANTED TO DEAL WITH A CONGLOMERATE LIKE CVS OR WALGREENS, I WOULD NOT BE GOING TO PINEBROOK! I dealt with Walgreens and CVS many times in the past and refuse to do any business with them.

What the heck happened to my Neighborhood Friendly Pine Brook Pharmacy?

Pine Brook #2 is a small pharmacy with outstanding service. I started using them when I was going to the clinic next door. When they had a question about a prescription, instead of calling the clinic, the pharmacist said it was quicker to walk next door so she did. They try to sync all of my prescriptions with my wife’s so I don’t have to make as many trips. I highly recommend them.

Not the same effort and friendliness as before. Went there transferring my prescriptions and they gave my prescriptions but never heard of them again. Decided to switch back to my original pharmacy. Was a customer for more than 5 years.

I am so happy with my new pharmacy! They are kind, professional and trying to help me save $$$, what more do you need? So glad I left that big box wall pharmacy. Now I’m treated respectfully and like a human being—not just a number.

Wow! What an amazing staff! I have some special needs and I am on a medication that has been on shortage. Let me tell you that this pharmacy has gone above and beyond to make sure that I get the medication that I need to function normally. They are exceptionally professional and fun at the same time and on EVERY level. They take their customers seriously in meeting their needs. They go above and beyond to try to help if there’s an issue with a shortage of medication, as in my case. Medication’s are filled promptly and they really do highly consider your needs. Example, I needed my paper prescriptions back once because there was a nationwide shortage on my medication, and I couldn’t drive to get it. They offered to drive it to me. It almost made me cry! I would recommend them 100%. You will not be disappointed!

Pinebrook is the best. The people who work there make you feel welcome,they are so friendly and kind. They also have all the meds ready at the same time, I didn't even think that was possible, with my last pharmacy they kept telling us that's what was going to happen but it never happened. Lastly, I don't drive anymore so they deliver it to my door every month which is so easy for me. The delivery person is also awsome. I could make a commercial about Pinebrook!!!!
