These teenage girls that work here are very unprofessional rude and nasty. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t know what items to pick and don’t even recognize popular branded items. They carry stained, cracked and poor quality clothes but won’t accept clothes in good condition. I hear them gossiping about others all the time and they make it very uncomfortable to shop in the store. This is such a shame because I love shopping at Plato’s but i will not be returning to this location. I hope management fixes this problem

i have loved going to platos closet for a long time. but tonight i went and most of the employees were too busy standing in a corner and gossiping about a fellow coworker so loud that you could hear it across the entire store. it is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. i hope management can address these issues, but after the experience i had tonight, i will not be returning.

Always a lovely selection and wide variety of clothes to choose from in every size. Tons of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, shoes, etc. This is usually where I always go for a nice outfit/dress for a classy/fancy event. Decent prices, a little high for a thrift store but they are on the higher end of thrift stores. I managed to get 2 dresses for around 23 bucks with a $5 off $25 coupon, which is cool.

My only issue is that you have to wait for someone to come to the doors of the dressing room to be able to go in, they are locked otherwise. It is a shame how theft has become so much of an issue that companies are resorting to punishing the many for the sins of the few. It's not a really big deal, but it's terrible that people are doing that!

I was very disappointed with this one. The items were way overpriced and out of date. Which is fine because most people don’t go to thrift stores to stay trendy. But this location buys their customer’s garments so I know they pass on some good bargains in the process. The atmosphere was so haughty and uncomfortable I briefly thought I wondered into Fendi. If a hipster could be a store:)

I have never had any issues with this location. For the most part, the employees are pretty friendly, however I feel like there is always new people every time I go in. It’s always a hit or miss when trading in clothes. I brought in about 55 items today and they took 28. You have to make sure there are size and brand tags still on every item and also make sure that it is a name branded item. I recommend washing your items before getting rid of them ESPECIALLY if you have cats or dogs because any dog or cat hair will stop them from buying it (hopefully most people know this), but it definitely makes all the difference. Overall I have had good experiences at Plato’s, and although I usually don’t shop there, they have a huge variety of items from shirts to pants to phone cases and wallets. It’s a good place to go when needing a last minute outfit or item!

I saw several Goodwill price tags on several different items. The item I bought had a much lower price tag from Goodwill than what this Platos had it priced at. When I asked about it, I was told that they would be happy to put it back for me. They were so rude. I won't be going back to this location.

I am obsessed with Plato's Closet. This is a great location with a lot of name brand clothing. I am in my early thirties so I do wish they would carry some more clothes from the white House Black Market store and the Loft and Ann Taylor. But other than that I find some great quality items here at a great price. The staff are really friendly as well.
